I went from $64 to $89 at the snap of a finger. I'm not sure who these guys think they are, popping customers with an increase like that. It's BAD BUSINESS, guys, because even though you have gotten an extra $25 out of me these past 3 months, I am now taking my business elsewhere. I would have stayed with you all for years probably, and I even understand things go up a little, but your rate hikes are punishing. Imagine years of losing my business PLUS I am a motor-mouth, and am telling everyone you do bad business ... Oh, #3) If you're 5 days late, they pop you with a $25 late fee just as fast as they can. It's like they really love sticking it to their customers. Avoid them like The Plague.
