They charged me for an extra day and would never answer to discuss a refund, however the main customer service line ended up refunding my card. Do not rent from here!!!

No physical statements and just discovered that it was 12 months. Statement shows a balance of close to $1400 as they just added well over $600 in interest charges at over 30%. I was making regular payments to cover this purchase. I used to hold them in high regard, everything else is great. I will never return. I really dislike deception. My guess is the employees get a bonus for selling the "interest free" card. I am totally disgusted.

Suspecting they were taking advantage of her, we consulted Tommy, our trusted mechanic in Knoxville, who confirmed our doubts. Although we managed to retrieve the car, my daughter still paid a lot for almost nothing. This time - when her car stopped running again - we found Brian. He quickly fixed the car and charged us a fair (and low) cost (based on Tommy's estimation). He was also accommodating, accepting the car after hours, and is someone we trust to not take advantage of those who don't know much about cars. Overall, Brian is a great mechanic who we highly recommend.

He has been given several opportunities to make it right, but refuses to even let them trade it for something else. He should be ashamed of himself. Luckily we found Garland Tire's number and called them......it was getting close to closing time, but the lady who answered immediately offered to have one of their guys drive out there and remove the tire, bring it back to the shop, swap it out, and drive back out there to put the new one on for us. Incredibly fast, professional, went above and beyond and now our son is safely back on the road home. If we lived in that area we would be a customer for life.
