I had pre-purchased in-wall cord concealment kits and they told me to return those and did their own concealment, which looks better and required a much smaller hole to be cut. They cleaned up all the drywall dust and hooked up all the components to the TVs and made sure they were working. The cords were neatly tied and everything looks super clean and sharp.
