Switch was set to high, simple fix which could have been answered over the phone but not offered. I had multiple needs for my home and Planet Geek was able to take care of everything. I had Ring cameras and security system installed. With a house full of kids needing improved internet, they recommended and installed a full wired hub system in the house to improve signal strength and speed for all areas of the house with no dead zones. This is long overdue, but Adam and his team are amazing. I wouldn't trust anyone else for A/V work. We had 2 TVs mounted, 3 Ring cameras and a Ring doorbell installed (which he was able to tap into the old intercom system). We also had him install a whole theater room setup, including mounting the projector and screen, wiring 5 speakers in the ceiling, and running everything to a closet hideaway. On top of all of that, he gave our older home a huge upgrade by running Ethernet cables through the 3 level home, which also conveniently hides in the master closet. "Adam, Please explain to me why your team, when we paid to hide wires, drilled holes in our walls and then covered them with face plates and ran the wires outside the wall (picture attached). I asked Justin and he stated there were studs that interfered with the running of the wires in the wall. We discussed the fact that they were suppose to use stud finders before randomly drilling holes in our wall. Also, Justin stated (on Friday March 5 when he was here) he would be back out on Monday March 8 between 3-5pm to finish programming the universal remote (which we already paid for and was not completed on Friday when he was here) and explain how to work our system after he worked on it and we have yet to hear from him. We want to be able to enjoy our tv system. We also are unable to accomplish certain features we had before the speaker wiring and has caused an inconvenience. I purchased a 75 inch TV and needed it mounted and wanted to add an electrical outlet behind the TV, several TV mounting companies did not do the electrical part and required an electrician. Planet Geek was a one-stop-shop Adam (the owner) scheduled me at 1 pm, his crew were on time! They were able to complete the mounting and installed the electrical outlet in just over an hour. The finished product was excellent and they even had a backpack vacuum to ensure all of the drywall dust was cleaned up. We had a home theater screen/system installed and of course we had a glitch over the weekend where we lost sound. I texted Adam and found out it was not user-error on my end and he then proceeded to walk me through the master reset and setup over the phone on a Friday nite at 7PM. I did all of this online through their website and they emailed me back saying they could do it the next morning at 10 AM.
