The installer made numerous holes in my walls throughout my house, promising that the connections would be fully concealed and barely visible. Instead, he attempted to install everything using large 1-inch gray conduit running along the face of my drywall, all the way down my hallway. These conduits didn't sit flush against the wall and were clearly visible in every area of my home--exactly what I said I did not want. When I expressed how unacceptable this looked, he decided to remove everything but left all the damage behind--holes in the walls, exposed areas, and a mess throughout the house. To make matters worse, there was a week-long delay between when he first made all the holes and when he came back to finish the job, only to leave it unfinished. I was very clear from the beginning that I didn't want anything that looked tacky and would rather not install it at all if it couldn't be properly concealed. Unfortunately, that's exactly what I ended up with--unfinished work, damage to my home, and a lot of frustration.

I rarely write negative reviews because I feel people tend to complain more than compliment, but this one is justified. We are not new AV solutions as we did an extensive remodel to our home in Seattle where we worked with an AV company on a solution that worked for us. A successful solution provider listens to their customers and can implement a solution based on their needs/requests. This is where Dynamic is lacking. They seem to be comfortable with only certain solutions and even their execution of those are lacking. As of today, and after installing 2 receivers in two different areas of the house, we currently have one receiver that did not have sound because when they were doing cable management they pulled 2 cables out of the back. And the other receiver has duct tape on the front of the device that is sitting out in the open and visible. (its quite the topic of conversation with our quests coming to see out new home) We have been asking for a different solution that with smaller self adhesive sensors but I was told by Nick they were unable to get those sensors. We have resorted to calling our AV company in Seattle, who mailed the sensors to me so we can get the duct tape removed asap. In addition we have a TV that is not level. AV jacks that still aren't covered and duct tape. Nick did tell us the duct tape was our fault because we needed to purchase a different piece of furniture to accommodate his solution. When I emailed Nick this morning about the outstanding issues, his response was just resend the outstanding invoice for $475 - which is less than 10% of the entire project. From a customer service point this response says Dynamic is more concerned with money than they are will providing top notch solutions. Not a contractor I would recommend. read more

I can't say enough good stuff about Dalton and his assistant! We were concerned about wall mounting our giant 80 inch TV with the fully articulating wall mount so we scheuduled them to come out and do the job... Not only did they call the day before to confirm but they called the day of the appointment (today) to reconfirm the time (a real time not just a window) and arrived exactly on schedule! They even called 30 minutes prior to let us know they were on time! When they arrived the first thing they did was lay out a large protective cloth and set their tools on it so to not risk ANY chance of damaging my carpet but everything was so clean I wasn't concerned anyway... They did the job perfectly and had it mounted and done within an hour. PERFECT. Now that giant 80 inch TV is hanging perfectly level on the living room wall and they carefully and cleanly ran all the cabling inside the walls so it just looks perfect! They let me know they also do surround sound setups and just about anything you can think of that this type of company could do and I can't tell you how totally impressed I am with them! I would highly recommend Dynamic Audio Video solutions for anyone looking for a reliable and professional electronic installation expert. From the time Nick came out to give me a quote until the end of the project I was impressed with his expertise and practical knowledge. I was looking to convert part of my bonus room into a theater room with raised seating, a big screen and amazing sound quality. The project would include the demolition of an existing bar, putting up a wall, installing a platform for raised seating, can lighting, movie theater carpeting and a top-line projector and screen. Nick and his team showed up within a few weeks of acceptance of the project and only took two weeks to complete the theater room. The communication was impressive and very much appreciated as I always new what was happening. In the end, my theater room exceeded my expectations as no detail was left out. We reached out to Dynamic Audio to help us with our wireless network, ceiling speakers, and hanging TVs inside and outside. Nick was very responsive and professional. He came out to evaluate what we needed. We had gone to Best Buy for TVs, but ended up buying a 75", 55" and 32" TV directly from Dynamic Audio since they great Whole Sale prices. The install prices for also very reasonable. His crew showed up on time, were very polite, nice, and fantastic to work with, in our home. They set up our Google Wifi Mesh network and it is incredibly easy to manage and fast throughout out house. They were also able to get our speakers outside and inside set up on a system that they connected to our family room TV. We love having them all controlled from one place. Last but not least, the TVs look amazing. We had them installed the day before the Super Bowl. We enjoyed them for the big game. Rarely am I inspired enough to write a review but for these guys at Dynamic Audio Video I'm making the exception. I recently purchased a 75" 4K TV and wanted it hung on the wall. I originally contracted them through Amazon so you know the pricing was worthwhile to start with. What an amazing job they did taking every consideration possible. It went so well while they were there I had them hang another 55" TV in the game-room. Very pro installers that worked as a team and knew exactly what they were doing. I was impressed enough to inquire about their theater surround sound systems and they beat out my other bids with a superior system and a worthwhile savings. I think anyone would be impressed with the equipment and sound quality we now have in our theater room. The wireless in our house has always been spotty,, and given that some of our walls are block, some are plaster, and the house is fairly long, extenders have never worked. With three of us working full time at home now, two of us using video conferencing several hours a day, we needed something done. These guys came out, took a look and some measurements, and proposed an Eero pro mesh system. And guess what? We now can get wireless from anywhere on our property, inside or out. We also had a few ethernet connections added for when my boys play video games and everyone is extraordinarily pleased. They did a fantastic job, were pleasant to talk to, on time, and I'm very pleased with all the work they did. In early September, we arranged with Dynamic Audio Visual Solutions, owner Nick Perna, to install a new television to replace our old one so that we could take advantage of the "new smart tv" technology. They, also, installed the old tv in a bedroom with a new dvd player so that the current technology was also available there. In the process, we were able in improve our surround sound system and, with Mr Perna's expertise, continue to be able to retain the functions familiar to us. I worked with Nick and his tech David. I was completing a full house renovation and wanted the speakers cut in and then installed a few months later after paint. Nick was very diligent and his followup was spot on. I ended up having them buy and install my TV, amp and set up the house for sound. After the set up I didn't remember how to make all speakers play music, so David came back out the same day and put an additional selection on my universal remote "House Music", so now I just push one button and have what I want. I had them install in ceiling speakers for me. The builder had already run the speaker wire so it was only the speaker installation and sound balance. Their price reflected the work that was completed. I had one other bid, from the Geek Squad, who has one price regardless of existing wiring. That bid was twice as much. Communication was easy and they showed up on time. The work was completed quickly and there was only one minor issue, which was quickly resolved. They also moved our Coax and setup a new power outlet in our closet so we could setup an IDF in our house. Their wiring and attention to detail is remarkable. They did a thorough job testing each port and punch down. They cleaned up after they were finished and left our house spotless. I would highly recommend AMP AV for any kind of cabling project.
