Scheduled a through, deep cleaning of bathroom, living room, kitchen. Smoker, so walls were needing…read morea heavy cleaning. All this was explained to the office person. When girl arrived, a bit late, she had been told to "bring her gear and go clean...nothing about it being a more through cleaning. She showed up with one spray can of cleaner, Swiffer mop, vacuum, broom (no dust pan). She cleaned pretty well until spray can ran out. Had to finally call owner as office person had gone on vacation. He wired her some $$ to go get more cleaning product. She was gone about 40 minutes, ON MY DIME! I contacted owner, who was in Utah. He stated that he would get back to me on Monday.....Has not contacted me to date. Yes, I've called his number and left msgs. He was going to "work it out with us". Saturday we received an email invoice for the billing. *Office person failed to inform worker of job requirements.* Owner failed to get back to me; has not returned my calls. *Charged me for time when worker was chasing down more cleaning supplies. **This company has not turned out to be very reliable nor accountable. Suggest you find another if you want to get your place cleaned.
