She's in a little studio tucked away, but it is close to Belmont Caltrain station and was just a 15 minute walk from my apartment. I love that she put lash decorations on her door to make it easier to find :) Cindy is very warm, loving, and friendly. I had just met her and she was already treating me like I was a client of hers for years. I had lashes on already from my previous place and she said she could work with what was there vs needing an entirely new set. She also asked me what look I wanted to achieve and she said it would take a couple more sessions since we are building off what's already there. She took her time mapping and shaping my brows, asked all the right questions about the look I wanted, and set realistic expectations based on my old tattoo. During the session, she checked in with me a few times so I could look in the mirror and confirm everything was on track.
