And now that I've tried KD threading, I don't think I could ever go back. Here's some things you may want to know from a first timer like myself... 1) Did it hurt? Yes. But the pain is tolerable and worth the final result! 2) How long did it take? I let my brows grow out for nearly 6 weeks before I came to my threading appointment. The appointment took MAYBE 15 minutes... and my brows came out in the best shape they've ever been. 3) Cost? On this visit, I paid $20 for the brow threading and and extra $10 for a roller tube of castor oil to promote healthy hair growth plus a 20% tip because she deserved it--my brows truly still look amazing and I'm already almost 3 weeks out from my appointment. Viri's beauty bar is located downtown Redwood City in Sola Salon's #14. The salon is so cute!! Everything is very organized and clean and Viri was right on time for my appointment. The first round took about two hours and my brows healed nicely after two days. The second round was a touch up to fix and touch up any desired areas. The best part about my brows, is that they look full and and natural thanks to the natural hair strokes Viri left me. They don't look all shaded in with one color, they look like real hairs drawn on and I love it!
