THEY CHARGED ME WITHOUT GIVING ME SERVICE!!! I drove half an hour to get here and was late due to traffic. I told them I would be there late today and my wax lady Izzy left as soon as I got there! QUALITY OF SERVICE IS BEYOND MID on a normal day. I joined because they have a discount if you become a member which is $20 a month and just 15% off of a wax treatment. It's not worth it for what you pay, and I don't appreciate the non-flexible schedule and if I'm paying for a membership I expect better treatment. I want a refund. read more

There's only street parking in front, but that wasn't an issue given that it was a Monday morning. Before the appointment, I was texted a code to enter the front door. I really appreciate the security! It was easy to enter and once inside, I was greeted immediately and taken back to the room. The entire places is spacious and clean. The treatment bed was also very comfy! Selene gave clear instructions every step of the way, made pleasant conversation, and worked quickly but thoroughly.
