went here with my five year-old Lexus with 30,000 miles for Oil change . The manager declined to rotate the tires. Said the tires had 4 / 32" treads. Four tires were quoted for nearly 800 to 900+ dollars. The original bridgestone tires look just fine to me. So, be aware of what appears to be unnecessary add-on services. I declined the new tires. will have to get tires rotated somewhere else. read more

While on vacation, my daughter replaced the tires on my car at Just Tires(not my choice!). I recently had a flat tire and went to Just Tires to fix. Was told I needed to make an appt since they only had one tech, others called in sick. Now a week later, have a flat in the same tire and went to Just Tires. My tire pressure alert was on. I went to Good Year on Ogden and Western they are horrible 5 people behind the counter and another sitting to the opposite side with his feet up. Then one more elderly man coming in from the outside. 30 minutes wait they said yet no one was doing anything. Went to JUST TIRES there after on my way to work. Very friendly ready to service me. Told me to pull right up took under 5 minutes to do and I still made it to work on time. They are awesome and thanks for helping so I am not driving worried. PSA: Just Tires in Westmont Do NOT trust them!!!! If I could give them 0 stars, I would!!We paid $70 for a synthetic oil change and they didn't do it! We noticed that our old Jiffy Lube sticker was still on and the oil life light was not reset. We checked the oil and it was filthy! We checked the oil filter and the old one is on the car. Went back to tell them and they REFUSED to even look, and did not give us our money back! Here are the pictures of the filthy oil. This is fraud!!! Someone I work with made an appointment on Friday at this place to have a nail removed from one of her car tires. When she returned, she was by upset. Ev n with the appointment, it took them 1 1/2 hours to remove a nail and plug this tire. They gave her no explanation up front about what they would do and what the final cost would be. So $40 and 1 1/2 hours later, she left with hopefully a safe ride home. The man at the counter was rude, condescending and a downright a-hole to her. She remained calm but it was not easy. She will never return there. I will never use or recommend this joint!! read more

The front end sales person, Kyle, checked out the car and said that I did not need one. He could have EASILY taken my money, but he did not and that's why I'm writing this message. Fast, professional, curteous and honest.... what else can you ask for? O yea, they got great prices. Two experiences, one with a punctured tire which was quickly and inexpensively repaired. The second service was for swapping out original wheels/tires for my winter set. Easy and painless ... i originally tried to do it myself but the aftermarket wheels were a total pain to put on the car. These guys did it quickly, correctly and cheaply, $40 for all four wheels [note my winter set was mounted and balanced, ready to go]. They even wrapped the old tires in plastic before putting them in my car so my interior wouldn't get scuffed up. I'm sure this is standard procedure, but i didn't have to ask, everything was taken care of without requesting that they don't dirty my car interior. I care a lot about my car [interior, exterior, looks, maintenance] so i'm happy I found a tire place that i can trust. Don't judge a book by it's cover... the place doesn't look pristine, parking lot pavement is all busted up... but who cares, they took care of me quickly and did the job right. By the way, I have a luxury german car so you can imagine i'd try to find a place that might "know what they're doing" more than a typical chain shop. But i'm wrong [thankfully], this place will take care of any car you have [expensive or not]. Best part they have weekend hours, I won't even bother with other non-chain tire shops that only have weekday 9-5 hours... what are working professionals supposed to do? Take time off? No thanks. On our way back home to Iowa from Chicago, the tire pressure gauge went off. We pulled off the freeway and made our way to Just Tires in Westmont, Illinois. They were amazing! Ruben Reyna quickly checked us in and told us they would examine all the tires for any problems. It took about 30 minutes and Ruben informed us that all the tires were fine, they put air in all 4 tires, and said it was most likely a temperature drop that caused the gauge to go on. Then he said there was no charge... Wow! We couldn't believe how helpful they were. We will definitely go to Just Tires in the future. This place looks dated on the outside, but the interior is very well kept and cozy. The manager, Luigi, took great care of my tire. I'm very cautious on letting others handle my car issues...bad experiences. I was a little nervous leaving my flat for them to diagnose (was hoping it wouldn't need to be replaced). My wife and I were on our way to a wedding rehearsal, so I dropped her off while they tested my tires. When I came back, they told me there was a small hole which they could patch quickly. Service was amazing and were very courteous and caring. When an issue came up later on that evening, Luigi was more than happy to take a look even though it was after hours. I am very happy I stumbled upon this shop. They were quick, professional and had awesome customer service. I don't live anywhere near Westmont, but I would definitely stop by if you are close. read more

Just Liars! Used and trusted as a reliable mechanic/oil change place for 4 years. Did you guys know that if you don't flush your transmission fluid it thickens until it destroys your transmission, and totals your car? I do now! I also learned that if you trust just tires, they wont let you know that you need to, and will then lie and say they did. As if, it somehow makes sense for me to total my own car. Fortunately for them, the cost of taking them to court is higher than what I can reasonably expect to get back, so they won. Since Just tires notes all services performed on receipts, they tires easily could scrub my receipts of identifying personal information, and share with everyone that they had indeed urged me to flush my transmission fluid. However, they didn't, and are just liars. read more

8-1-11 Always shop at this Just Tires - but now service is terrible. Recent problem with a set of tires and manager was not in and did not call back after several attempts to reach him (Jason). Refused any sort of adjustment or options to correct problem. Finally, corporate got involved so manager called back, but was very rude. Corporate offered future discount - very generous - to give their company another shot and corporate suggested NOT to use that shop. Too bad after many years as a loyal customer. read more

Got great experience with this place last week. I was in for $!9.95 oil change special which ended up paying $25.61. And more my oil pressure sensor was knock off during oil change, I had to return to complain about my oil pressure gauge showing no response. The manager was not surprised of my return, immediately tried to shake me off saying they are not responsible of my old car other than oil change. Without success, I went to a nearby mechanic for check up. They showed me the freshly broken sensor unit with estimate of $!50 to repair. But before to proceed with repair, they wanted me to go back to give the Just Tires last chance(legally) to correct the problem. Finally I got my car back fixed in three hours. I bet he would not risk the fight since his cost was min ($25 most). read more

Terrible customer service. I brought my SUV in to them over the weekend to get new tires. I usually take it to the dealer but my husband talked me into going here instead. He said they were cheaper. You get what you pay for. I also bought their "alignment special" (Pay $119 and get free alignments for the next 3 years). When I picked up my car and went on the expressway it started to shake terribly. I went back to the shop and they said there was nothing wrong with the car - WRONG!. I took it to the dealership this morning and they said a ball joint needed replaced and that there was no way they aligned my car after they put the tires on. It wasn't shaking before I took it to Just Tires, coincidence? I think not. I called Just Tires back and explained what happened and asked them to refund the "alignment special", they refused because they claim they did the alignment. They said all they could do was refund me back the difference between the "special" and the cost of the alignment, I would receive roughly $25 back. We will never go here again. We have 4 cars, 2 of them with very pricey tires. Don't waste your time. read more

This place has really gone downhill. Used to take several cars here for tire related services. I made the mistake of buying my tires here. The tires have been loosing air. I went in to get it checked out. These clowns tried to take me for $2,000 in replacement of parts I did not need to replace. Not to mention their mark up is ridiculous!! I wish I didn't have to put in a rating. This deserves less than one star. I had a nail in my tire. I called and made an appointment. I was coming in during my lunch hour during my work day. When I asked how long it would take, I was told 30-45 minutes. Well I'm still here and it's been an hour and a half. Not too happy. Obviously I'm 40 minutes to work. I wouldn't recommend this place. If you choose to come here.... plan on double the time if not more. read more

The service was incredible! Just had all tires replaced free under warranty after the Manager Jason inspected the tires for regular maintenance. Even the technician Ian seemed proud of his work! Waking up to a flat tire was almost the tip of the ice burg after being stranded in Chicago-land with my young daughter, due to bad weather, and suffering a sleepless night in a loud hotel room! The hotel manager filled my flat tire with air, and fortunately I was just a block away from Just Tires! My flat tire was looked at immediately, and it was patched and ready to get us home to Iowa within an hour. Might I add that my daughter and I were very comfortable in a spotless waiting area, I was able to recharge my phone and report back home that we were okay, and their generosity with our bill left me speechless! Stay far far away. They damaged my pressure sensor while installing a tire. Then said it was a faulty unit and tried to charge me $100. I took it to Discount Tire. They showed me where the last installer sheered the sensor and re-installed a damaged unit. Also, after doing an oil change didn't even reset the computer until I pointed it out. Poor Poor Service. Spare your self the aggravation. GO to DISCOUNT TIRE for honest service. read more

There is a reason they are called JUST Tires!!! This is the first negative review I have ever posted but it feels necessary. After going in for just a new set of tires, I received a phone call that I needed new brakes. I assumed that I would get my car back and then take it somewhere else to get brakes done but I was assured that they could handle the brakes as well. NOPE! They didn't even have he right tools required to do the job!! After taking my car apart, I got a phone call to inform me that they couldn't put on the new parts or even the old ones because they didn't have the tool for the job. I was told the one technician that had the right tool wouldn't be in until the next day and that it would be taken care of then. I called the following day to get an update only to be told that the tool they had didn't do the job on the right side and I needed to pay for additional parts. It's amazing how the shops inept and unprepared technicians cost me more $$ at every turn! I will NEVER return here and I suggest you don't waste your time or $$ with anything other than tires here!! read more

I went into this location because I happen to be in this area, normally I go to the Plainfield location where I purchased my tires, gotten all of my oil changes and recently a wheel alignment. I have always had a good experience with the Plainfield location, they have always been honest with me and provide great customer service. I will never go back to this location they are shady dishonest sales men. I asked if they could look at the tread left on my tires. The young guy who assisted me came back saying that I had a nail in one of my tires in which was causing a slow leak along with some other "Major" things wrong with my car that I should take care of right away. I knew most of what he was saying could not be true because I had recently had the car looked at by the manufacturer dealer and they had given me a few "Minor" things I should take care of because otherwise the car is in very good condition. True there was a nail in the tire but upon taking it to a TRUSTED tire shop, they pulled the nail out only to find that it did not pierce far enough to cause any kind of damage to the tire, mind you I was able to drive 487 miles back home on that "damaged" tire in which had I replaced with them would have costs me $195 at the cheapest! And this is why I would never return to this location, they were not honest with me and tried to get over had I fallen for their "honest" recommendations I would be out $$ for repairs that did not exist!!! It was only 6 deg. out. I arrived at 6:50 PM, website says open until 8 PM. I had a flat tire. 2 employees at the counter, 1 was with a customer, the other was typing. Neither acknowledge that I was there. When the young man helping the customer, finished checking her in, he looked at me and told me that she was his last customer of the night. He never asked me what I was even there for. I asked, would they be able to put air in my tire . He said sure, go pull up to a bay and he'd send someone out. I did just that, the tech came out, but my tire would not take any air. I went back inside. I spoke to the counter clerk again, I asked if they can put my spare tire on. He said, I'm sorry, I told you that other customer was our last. So off I went, a woman alone, with a flat tire, into deadly cold conditions to find another option. Aside from some routine maintenance, I desperately needed new tires for my car and was a bit overwhelmed by the choices of tires and the cost involved. Luigi, the manager, was extremely patient and talked me through a comparison of the tires I'd researched and then checked several of his dealers to find me the best price on the tires I selected. His prices beat both those of local mechanics I called and Tire Rack. Furthermore, he worked with me to id the essential repairs my car needed and to find ways to keep costs down on those repairs. I left the shop impressed by the professional and courteous service and thankful that I'd found mechanics whom I feel I can trust. Pulled in, frazzled and freaked out, they took care of getting all the tires replaced 7 balanced within 30 minutes.
