I again to make sure the information and what type of truck and lift gate needed. Driver shows up just before 3pm with a truck that is smaller then needed and with a lift gate smaller and unable to handle the move. Their driver was extremely nice guy. He tired to call his manager who could be heard over the phone bothered that we was called. Worst of all refused to speak with us or rectify the situation. Said we can wait till Monday to speak with the estimate rep. 1st class moving failed and Could not deliver. Cost my business time and money.

Luckily it was only the top glass that had broken and it would only take 30-45 minutes to repair. We left our phone and returned after enjoying many of the other shops in the area. They had our phone ready as promised. We unlocked the phone and they ran a series of tests to ensure everything was working. Our receipt had a checklist of several things that he checked off one by one. We were able to fully inspect the phone and encouraged to test everything ourselves before making our payment. We were so pleased with the quick, friendly, and efficient service. They also sell a bunch of accessories for electronics.

I unfortunately used them for a few years, thinking insurance just didn't pay well and feeling grateful I had a lot of cash patients. The more I learned about insurance, however, the fishier HBS started looking, and I left their services when they started charging a monthly fee, even if I had no claims to process. I have many things to say but in brief, their customer service was terrible and once I left the company, I realized they had been billing incorrectly and providing me with incorrect information the entire time. With them, I needed to follow up with insurance myself, and they fully disappeared several times and were difficult to contact or get a response from. When I left in Fall of '25, they sent me their list of opened claims... There were 52 OPEN CLAIMS, some from as far back as 2023, for which I was never reimbursed. I have to redo countless claims because of them, and may be at a financial loss due to their practices and the ages of some of these claims. I need to work with another professional to clean up their mess and see what if anything I can possibly get reimbursed for at this point. They put my business at a huge risk, broke trust with some patients because of their false information, and I've lost money because of their practices. Don't use them.
