I'm only reviewing it because, after driving through tons of mud/gravel road construction in Fairbanks, my car was literally caked in mud. I wanted to squeegee my front and back and...all were BONE DRY. Every single one. Well, not every single one, some squeegee bins didn't even have a squeegee in them at all. And I'm not even a squeegee guy. I am NOT the guy that always meticulously cleans his windshield while the petrol flows. No sir. In this case, I had to! I was out of windshield wiper fluid in the rental vehicle and the whole town of Fairbanks was seemingly sold out. Anyway, the location is OK, the prices are fair, and the people working inside were really friendly. You could do worse, but you could definitely do better. Blah, another 3-star review in the record books!

I can see why the other Walgreens failed here in Fairbanks if this is the level of service you get at the pharmacy - this store is a pharmacy right? How about training some people to give simple vaccines?

It's a struggle if you need a specific manufacturer due to allergies. If you can go somewhere else, I advise it. The trouble is worth it if you can't, but if you have the option....yikes!... do it.

It is crazy crowded inside with rows and rows and walls and walls of common beers/liquors/wines as well as a really nice selection of one-offs and unique finds. Several years ago, I stopped by here and purchased a fantastic bottle of Ring of Fire Honey Mead.. it was pricey at $40, but when I took it home to enjoy it... I friggin' loved every drop of that wine... yes, I drank the whole thing myself... don't judge me. This time around, I was disappointed to find they no longer carried that type of mead, though they did carry lots of other types of meads from the same Ring of Fire, based out of Homer, Alaska. Anyway, I still browsed around to see if they had any other goodies I could take home but decided I would just try another liquor specialty store in Fairbanks instead. The lady at the front was nice, friendly, and helpful with my questions. I'm still a fan because their selection is the extensive.

Have found a lot of my pay check goes to this place because I prefer the friendly and small atmosphere over driving in to town. Would highly recommend....
