Kelly M specifically was very rude. She would call me, let it ring once and hang up. I call back and get an answering service instead of her. They close at 5 pm but don't expect them to be polite or helpful if you call them 30 minutes before they close. During deliveries I had been called many times and rudely told to clear the snow, which often times was already cleared. I was told I must provide a ladder to the driver so they can fill my tank? Buy your own ladder sourdough fuel, they really don't have a spot on the truck for a small step ladder? All this and the driver still destroyed my gate that he apparently could not bother to open.
