The computer system is always breaking, the drive through mics are hard for them to understand you and it's seems like they are always understaffed. It's a struggle if you need a specific manufacturer due to allergies. If you can go somewhere else, I advise it. The trouble is worth it if you can't, but if you have the option....yikes!... do it. read more

It is shockingly disappointing at how unprofessional this Walgreens center is. My husband and I just moved to Alaska and wanted to order our wedding photos to hang around our first home. Not only did they cancel my order without my knowledge, but when I got to the Walgreens location I was accused of not answering a phone call notifying me that my order was cancelled AND was told it was my problem that my voicemail was having issues. Needless to say, I will never be returning to this Walgreens and will happily take my business elsewhere. read more

I went to this Walgreens yesterday to have a prescription filled. At first they started to fill it. It was for ADHD and it was Adderall. They then chose, after my doctor called, to tell me that something was wrong because "things didn't seem right." The prescription was from a provider in Arizona where I spent 45 days being treated for ptsd among other things. I did everything I could to show them the script which also had a water mark was legit. They refused to even speak to my provider. I have never been so embarrassed to be called a liar in front of other patrons ever in my life. They pretty much called me a junkie with a fake prescription in front of every customer standing there, again with my provider on the phone. I have been treated badly and never complained, but this was beyond anything I have ever experienced. I will never go to another Walgreens in this state or any other. If anyone knows who I can report the pharmacist to please let me know. He was Asian, kind of overweight, with long black hair borne out of the 70's but not quite a mullet. Again, if you care about your own dignity stay away. You may think,"this has never happened to me" and that's great...until it does. Until yesterday my wife and I only used Walgreens. That ended last night. I am a grown man and for me to tear up on my way out should tell you how badly they treated me, a 100 percent disabled veteran with a brain injury. read more

I had to come back for 2 times because Walgreens did not fill my prescription as they indicated on the app. Both times on different days I was told it was not ready. The second time I came back, they said they were closed 15 min before closing time. They would not give me an emergency supply for a day or two, also. The pharmacist, Stephanie, was rude, would not come to see me at the counter. I felt I was treated unfairly and unjustly. Also, I could not get thru on the telephone. Been getting my prescriptions here since 2018. Since the Plandemic, now they are more about offering the failed vaccine than taking care of PHARMACY CUSTOMERS. Someone needs to let these people know this is not a Drs office, it's a pharmacy. I had to wait for over 20 minutes in line for my script because they were so busy with the vaccine appointments. I'm sorry can you not see you need a SEPARATE place for all that, where it does not affect the poor customer waiting in line?? Terrible service anymore and I'm about to leave this pharmacy and go to our local one in North Pole. I know I won't be waiting like that there. Pre requested my medication last Wednesday, went to pickup today, waited in drive through for 15 minutes, car at window did not move entire time or roll down her window for service, am assuming no one inside acknowledged her or was available to help. At that point went inside to get in person help, spent 10 minutes waiting in line. Multiple staff walked past desk area and made no acknowledgment, not even a "well be with you in a moment", just avoided all eye contact. Finally someone came to register and just stood there and looked at me. no greeting, no hello or how can I help you. What should have been a 5 minute interaction became 25-30 minutes of waiting. Not an attack on staff but Walgreens as a company. Do better. read more

This is the most horrible pharmacy I have ever been to. Dr. sent a prescription from out of town in the am and I went to pick it up at 5:30 pm and it was still in the fax pile. Really. Then when I told them I had to leave right now going off grid for 3 weeks it took them another hour to fill. Unprofessional inexcusable non caring lazy people there. Go anywhere else. Beware!!!! On 3 April 2018 I was checking out at the cash register with my wife. The Male cashier saw that my cart had 10/24 packs of water bottles. He informed me we were only allowed to purchase 4/24 packs. I told the cashier we would then make 2 transactions. I would purchase 4 and then the wife would purchase 4. Male Cashier, without delay, raised his voice and began to belittle and disrespect me. Then ordered me, like a child, to go to some location away from his sight. I told him not to order me around. Male Cashier yelled for all to hear, "I am calling the police. A manager approached and asked what is the issue. I back briefed her(manager). She informed me that Walgreens allowed 4/24 packs of water per person, not household. Once the police left with our statements I ask to speak to a manager. When we left Walgreens about 15 mins later, the Male Cashier was back behind the counter like nothing happened. WOW!!!!!!!!! Some customer service. I am a retired 22 yr/100% VA disabled member. I do not leave my home very much because of my disability. I go places with my wife to help me reassociate with daily life outside the home and around locals. Can't believe a cashier for a company can attack me on a issue that I was correct. Then turns me into a criminal by calling law enforcement. read more

I was so disappointed in their customer service. I was trying to develop some photos from a CD and the drive on one of the machines wouldn't open, so I went to other computer that was available. Problems on that machine as well. The associate rebooted it and I waited more then 30 minutes. The associate kept telling me it was booting up. It never did! She didn't give a rats ass. I hate to say it but Walmart even has better customer service then this store! read more

Good place to shop but Customer service is the worst. I encountered this last year when i went on a vacation there. One of the associate name Alexis, she was so rude. I asked her to help me find a type a medicine but all she did was like it should be by medicine aisle. She didnt bother to help me look for it. Rude Rude! i didnt go to walmart because i've been into this kind of situation before.
