The store has random snacks and goods, a scratch off lottery machine as well as the normal NJ lottery tickets. There's not much to see or buy beyond grabbing a quick drink, boost slushy or snack. However, they also have a deli. I am a vegetarian and always get their cheese sandwich. It's always very good. The cheese and bread are so tasty. The prices are all very reasonable. They also offer grated cheese, loose rolls and French fries. I would definitely recommend coming in for a sandwich. Just don't expect to see or want much else.
