Great service. Clean and very good food. The variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner options is like a diner. All made fresh.

Nice ambiance and very friendly staff. I ordered the full stack of French toast with bananas, strawberries, and blueberries, and a side of sausage links. My wife had the west Coast scrambler which consisted of eggs, avocado, pepper jack cheese, tomatoes, and scallions. Our friends ordered the chorizo burger with fries, and pastrami on rye with a side of coleslaw. As a coffee snob, I would say the coffee was very good. Everything came out cooked fresh and hot. Plenty of fresh fruit on top of my French toast. I heard the chorizo burger was different and delicious. Most of the plates went back clean. Portions were very generous. The service was excellent and friendly. The prices are reasonable. There is plenty of parking in their private parking lot. Worth the trip if you are in the area.

The menu is MASSIVE, don't come if you're indecisive or if you don't plan to come back to try more dishes ! The waitstaff sticks to the silly bit , wearing PJs, bordering on rude but in a playful way that makes it fun and not annoying. There are so many knick knacks on the walls to look at - lots of conversation starters! We enjoyed everything we ordered (the afternoon waffle section was a fun twist on a sandwich and proved you can have it all!) and are already scheming what we will have next time we come back!

What really stood out to me was the presentation. The plating is decorative and gives upscale, fine dining vibes, which makes the whole brunch feel elevated rather than just casual. The atmosphere is one of my favorite parts. It has a cute café-style brunch vibe with an airy, light, and inviting decor. It feels relaxed but still aesthetically put together. The service was also excellent--our server was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. I also liked that they offer mocktails and allow BYOB for alcohol, which gives you flexibility depending on your preference. Now, just to be real--this place is popular, so expect a wait. It can get crowded and a bit tight inside, especially during peak brunch hours. Parking is also something to plan for since there's limited space (the lot only fits about four cars), so you'll likely need to find street parking. Overall, I definitely recommend Blossom Brunch. The food, vibe, and service are all on point. Honestly, they're doing so well that I hope they expand soon--it's clearly a spot that's in demand and could benefit from more space.

The pancakes were definitely the highlight of the meal. We ordered the sampler sizes of the Tres Leches, Fruity Pebbles, and Banana Pudding pancakes. Out of the three, the Fruity Pebbles pancakes were by far the best, flavorful, fun, and wellbalanced. The Tres Leches pancakes, while good in concept, were overwhelmingly sweet. The Banana Pudding pancakes, however, were enjoyable and had a nice balance of flavor. For savory dishes, the Crab Cake Benedict was excellent and full of flavor. Unfortunately, the Chicken & Waffles Benedict did not meet expectations. The chicken lacked seasoning and crispiness, making the dish taste bland overall. I was not a fan of that particular entrée. On the other hand, the regular Chicken & Waffles dish was much better and came with three wings coated in a tasty hot honey sauce. The service and hospitality, however, left a lot to be desired. Although our waiter was kind , the timing of food was lacking. Also they did forget to give us utensils and we had to ask when one of the dishes arrived (because they didn't all arrive at the same time ) . Our table of four initially received only three drinks, leaving one person waiting an additional five minutes for theirs. The food was brought out one dish at a time rather than together, which disrupted the dining experience. The last dish to arrive, the Chicken & Waffles and Eggs Benedict ,came out so late that the rest of the table had already nearly finished eating. Overall, while some of the food items stood out positively, the lack of coordination and attentiveness in service negatively impacted the overall experience.

Even though they only opened at 5pm, there was already a lively crowd at 5:30. We started with Polpettine Di Pollo, organic chicken meatballs with bell pepper, garlic, spinach and pomodoro. The order was large and delicious! Piping hot as well. Carol chose the Pappardelle al Telephono Nostro, house made pasta, mozzarella, tomato-cream sauce and fresh basil. this was a large order and my wife loved it. I chose the Tortelloni alla Bergamasca, veal tortellini with black truffle and rosemary veal reduction. Excellent as well! Dessert consisted. of a shared Pistachio Creme Brulee that was perfect. We came here for brunch on a Saturday which happened to be Valentine's Day as well. The entire place was decorated with heart balloons, flowers on the wall, and the sweetest music playing. Even their regular decor is spectacular; the tables are spotless, beautiful velvet green chairs, and the cleanest bathroom. I also LOVE that their menu is a tour of South America because you can get such a variety of different flavors. We started with an order of their beef empanadas which were spectacular ! Then I ordered a Costa Rican Gallo Pinto breakfast (black beans, rice, chorizo, avocado, sweet pla trains and egg). Hubby ordered a exican breakfast of huevos rancheros (cubed potatoes, sausage, onions, peppers, chorizo, eggs and red sauce). Our son ordered the Nutella, strawberry pancakes which he also LOVED. Everything was very reasonably priced between $13-17 and was a good portion. The coffee was also amazing, sadly $5 which was a little pricey with no refills...but I'm happy to support a small business versus a chain. Kevin who was our server was so sweet and kept checking in to make sure we were liking our food. Then at the end of our meal they gave us the most delicious flan because it was Valentine's Day! Make aure to check this place out, parking is a little tricky, but otherwise it is worth the trip into Chambersburg.

My husband said the food was good but they gave him so little rice for his Costa Rican gallo pinto. It's nice to support small businesses perhaps if in the mood for fancy pancakes or BYOB would be back since they do have a pretty ambiance. No music was playing though when we were there. Service was not bad they didn't ask if we needed anything but when we did ask for stuff the answered friendly.

When we arrived, the restaurant was busy, and we waited about 15-20 minutes after adding our names to the waitlist. Since it was a beautiful day, there was the option to dine indoors or outside. We chose to sit inside. My first impression was that the restaurant was lively and bustling, which made it feel like a popular neighborhood favorite. It also appeared to be both family-friendly and pet-friendly, which was a nice touch. For my meal, I ordered the Omelette & Potatoes with mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, and onions, along with a side of bacon. The omelet itself was good, but the bacon was a major disappointment. It was extremely overcooked--so crispy that it resembled bacon chips rather than strips of bacon. My daughter ordered the Egg White Wrap with turkey sausage, spinach, and feta, along with a side of fresh fruit. She enjoyed it well enough but felt it was just okay. Overall, we both agreed that the food was pretty basic. It wasn't bad and it was nothing to write home about. While the atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was attentive and the service was pleasant, the food didn't quite live up to the reviews I had read. Unfortunately, I don't think it's a place I'd be in a hurry to revisit.
