OMG, not only is Dr. Dinh in-network, but his office is the dentist practice you would envision as the perfect dentist practice if you could make one up. Esmerelda did my full mouth x-rays with aplomb--friendly, efficient and fast. And Natalie was like the quintessential assistant, coordinating the entire visit. No sooner did I check in than she escorted me to my treatment room. Dr. Dinh was the "hail fellow well met," hearty, friendly, genial and informal enough that you could understand your diagnosis and treatment plan. (Pictures were gross and my mouth wouldn't look like that in 20 years with no dentist visit) come on man!!! Once you started to push back on why this treatment plan was necessary the whole conversation shifted to being talked down to and cost validation which was absolutely ridiculous. I asked four times to print the treatment plan out so I could look at it to help explain what they were very rudely explaining. Instead I got attitude when all I was trying to do is get a grip on the process. Oh and BTW their deep cleaning was 500 dollars over a previous quote gotten just a day prior from another provider. Not to mention the added cost of removing my wisdom teeth that haven't given me one problem in 40 years with not one cavity like ever. Terrible customer experience, by the end of it all they acted if they were offended. Omg really? Maybe try not being pushy and condescending and actually honor the simple request to printing out the quote so I could use it as reference while the explanation of services changed so fast I could have had whiplash. And he lied as well, deep cleanings don't cost 2000 dollars in Dallas as he insisted and yes I'll do the research. I wouldn't give it a one star because that's just how bad it was , the only thing that was good…read moreabout this visit was them cleaning my teeth I didn't have any problems there but I arrived for my scheduled appointment at 10:00 am on the dot checked in filed out paperwork for them since I'm a new patient so I wait roughly for about 30 minutes just to get in then they got to cleaning pretty quickly which I'm fine with but finally when she finished she said the doctor would be in shortly to discuss the possibility of 10 different procedures I need done and I said ok thank you I didn't leave the office until 2:00 pm I had been sitting and waiting 3 hours for no doctor to actually see me and tell me knew what I need done then all the hygienists were scrambling to find my x rays in which they didn't save initially so we had to retake all of my x rays and they still didn't tell me what was wrong or what things I needed to get done and when I was at the front desk both lady's said yeah the doctor just went ahead and took his lunch break at 11:45 am in the span of 11:45 is when we finished the cleaning of my teeth till 1:30 pm he was on his break but I find this very unprofessional and they shouldn't have a job if they think it's ok to go on break while still having patients they literally forgot about me and 4 other patients

Then they couldnt find the insurance Ive used four other times on my account. told me to leave after one hour of searching with my two year old. went back two hours later after I called billing to confirm that my insurance is on file. It was of course. new receptionist was able to find my insurance and account very easily. They did fit me right in after that at 1. took them 15 minutes to verify me that time too. not sure why they wait till you are in the room to run insurance verifications or why that has to be done with a waiting room full of people.
