OMG, not only is Dr. Dinh in-network, but his office is the dentist practice you would envision as the perfect dentist practice if you could make one up. Esmerelda did my full mouth x-rays with aplomb--friendly, efficient and fast. And Natalie was like the quintessential assistant, coordinating the entire visit. No sooner did I check in than she escorted me to my treatment room. Dr. Dinh was the "hail fellow well met," hearty, friendly, genial and informal enough that you could understand your diagnosis and treatment plan. We were horrified! Recently my husband had to go back for some more issues. After trying to find a dentist that was accommodating to his schedule here in Longview, we ended up having to go back here. I am not quite sure what changed in the office but I am glad that we did, he now sees Dr. Anthony and he has nothing but great things to say about his work and his demeanor with clients. We had such a good experience with Dr. Anthony that our daughter (8) now sees him too. I never thought we would be back after that awful experience but I am happy to say that we have. Dr. Anthony and Dr. Ihionkhan are fantastic with both adults and kiddos.

I wouldn't give it a one star because that's just how bad it was , the only thing that was good…read moreabout this visit was them cleaning my teeth I didn't have any problems there but I arrived for my scheduled appointment at 10:00 am on the dot checked in filed out paperwork for them since I'm a new patient so I wait roughly for about 30 minutes just to get in then they got to cleaning pretty quickly which I'm fine with but finally when she finished she said the doctor would be in shortly to discuss the possibility of 10 different procedures I need done and I said ok thank you I didn't leave the office until 2:00 pm I had been sitting and waiting 3 hours for no doctor to actually see me and tell me knew what I need done then all the hygienists were scrambling to find my x rays in which they didn't save initially so we had to retake all of my x rays and they still didn't tell me what was wrong or what things I needed to get done and when I was at the front desk both lady's said yeah the doctor just went ahead and took his lunch break at 11:45 am in the span of 11:45 is when we finished the cleaning of my teeth till 1:30 pm he was on his break but I find this very unprofessional and they shouldn't have a job if they think it's ok to go on break while still having patients they literally forgot about me and 4 other patients

They not only fit flawlessly but three months later I still don't need any adjustments. Unbelievable quality and fit. I use Polygrip only on occasion and find these dentures don't hold the cream so severely when I take them out at night they release cleaner than my crappy old ones did. I'm blown away by the fit and finish and the bonus ... 100% covered by insurance!

It could be a good dentist, but they don't respond at all. They don't even let you know they are not accepting new patients. I sent request for scheduling an appointment to two different locations...one in Longview, Texas and the other in Tyler, Texas. Sorry, I can't leave a good review here.
