I needed a bang trim after the last stylist I went to gave me a really awkward cut, and I've apparently been getting a little too crazy with the moroccan oil... I left with a fun fringe and lighter hair unweighted by all the residue I came in with. She taught me better hair maintenance, and gave me a cut I can maintain easily. Getting my hair cut and styled by Justina is such a special experience that I drive more than half an hour to get there. A refreshing shampoo and soothing scalp masssge is preceded by essential oils, snacks and cool or hot beverages. After asking about preferences Justina comes up with the perfect cut and style for me and carefully trims whatever hairs stick out on my eyes or face to leave me looking great. The studio is airy, bright and only filled with the sound of gentle music so that we can talk about what's happening in our lives. The personal service is uniquely wonderful compared to the assembly line approach of most other salons where speed and quantity seem to be the goal. The quality of the haircut is evident as it grows out.. My hair looks great as I leave and keeps looking good for a few months until I go back for another wonderful experience at Justina's Hive Salon in Redlands California. Best hair cut of my life! Justina at The Hive Hair I Redlands did a fantastic job on my hair! The hair cut was totally luxurious along with being very well done. The first half of the appointment consisted of scalp treatment and a head massage. Justina is very passionate about one's scalp health and I walked away from my appointment very well educated and more aware of how I can better take care of my hair. The whole cut was so relaxing and I felt rejuvenated afterwards. My scalp and hair felt so healthy when I left. I would highly recommend Justina for any haircut. Justina Aubrey is the best hairdresser I have ever experienced. My hair was destroyed by Thyroid Disease and my last Hairdresser. Bad combo! Everything about my experience with Justina was amazing!!! She is helping me regrow my fragile thin hair and I do consider her an angel!! Today we redid my look with Perfectress tape weft extensions and some of their Transformation Connections to round out my super broken bits around the face. She started me off with an amazing citrus aromatherapy oil to wake up the senses, and a nap inducing scalp massage before we applied the new wefts.
