Juvly Took My Money, Canceled Membership, Kept the Funds I have been a member for over 8 years, giving them my money and my trust. Years ago, management approved a shared membership for my husband and me so we wouldn't need separate accounts. I was the primary account holder, and Juvly billed my card every month. In July 2025, I received a promotional text addressed to me as a member, encouraging me to book a service. I scheduled a facial, believing I had banked funds from my ongoing payments. But when I arrived, I was shocked to learn they claimed I had no active account .. even though they had been billing my card monthly. Later, Stephanie, a senior manager from Juvly's main office in Ohio, called me directly for a 23-minute conversation and admitted that: 1. Our shared membership had been approved by previous management. 2. A policy change in November 2023 ended shared accounts ..but they never notified us because "they assumed" no one was still on this arrangement. 3. Despite removing me from the account without notice, they continued charging my card and redirected my funds into my husband's profile (which raises serious privacy concerns). After I posted a 1-star review about this billing issue, Juvly retaliated by canceling my husband's membership without speaking to him and kept over $600 of our funds under a "no refund" policy. So, they can cancel your account whenever they choose and still keep your money. How can a company cancel your membership, not tell you why, and keep your funds at the same time? To make matters worse, they've also been removing negative reviews instead of addressing customer concerns. Juvly is not a franchise all locations are owned by Dr. Justin Harper and operate under the same centralized billing system, so this affects every location, not just one. That's why we are posting this to warn unsuspecting customers. Potential customers, be warned: This is about unethical billing practices, poor communication, retaliation, and hidden policies. Please read 1-star reviews across all locations on major platforms before you commit you'll find similar complaints. Truly the worst customer service experience... not worth it. I live closer to NYC now, but I happened to be back in Columbus and decided to book a microneedling appointment with Matthew Hastings. I am over the moon with my appointment with him. I have had quite a few microneedling sessions done at other med spas and with other providers at Juvly. Matt blew them all out of the water. I usually book with Ella Dicus at the NYC Juvly because her treatments are a lot like a spa session, which I loved that Matt gave a facial massage at the end of my session. It has been difficult getting in with Ella due to scheduling and I ended up with severe drag marks over my entire face when I had a different provider from Juvly for my session (they switched over to new machines literally the day before and I think it was her first time using the new one so I understand. It just took much longer to heal and harder to cover with makeup). I am pretty hesitant with trying new providers, but Matt's background was very impressive so I decided to give it a shot. Matt was so quick at switching depths that I didn't even feel any discomfort. I even asked the front desk if they use different numbing cream than the NYC office, it was that painless. I have never been able to do my under eyes or brow area because of the discomfort and I had no issues with Matt. I almost thought maybe he wasn't going the deepest because I wasn't feeling any level of pain which is normally not the case. My results speak otherwise. I was extra red in the areas where he had the deepest setting, so I know he was really working those areas. It's been two weeks and the acne scars he really worked on have significantly improved. Before considering Juvly Aesthetic I had previously gone to a doctor closer to home which I had thought would be more simple. After many times of being very unhappy with my final results, I decided to try out Jason at Juvly Aesthetic. My first reaction was that Juvly was like none other, many businesses are out to simply do a quick procedure and take your money. Juvly, however, is simply here to help you feel better about yourself and also to make every procedure look as natural as possible. My first session was for Dysport. I have to say I am BEYOND amazed with the results I noticed just after 7 days! It has now been about 2 months and I have to say I have zero face wrinkles and am entirely more satisfied with my facial expressions with no wrinkles involved! I then decided to try lip fillers... I always had pencil thin lips. After 1 syringe of Vollure, I was beyond amazed again at how well Jason's work looks! Being a guy I was nervous that my lips may look too fake, but they look more natural than ever! I then added another 1/2 syringe of Volbella and I have to say, my lips look to perfection and Jason does an INCREDIBLE job!!! Had researched "ColdSculpturing" on line. Visited a number of possible locations online. Positive reviews and location led me to JUVLY POLARIS...... I called to make an appointment for a consultation Easy access, and parking. Walked into a very pleasant lobby and was greeted cheerily by the receptionist. I was early so she asked me to take a seat. Shortly, Morgan came out, introduced herself and we went back to an examination room. Morgan asked me pertinent questions and then proceeded to evaluate where ColdSculpturing would do the most good for me. She made me feel very comfortable while probing the areas of my body to be worked on. Pictures were taken. We agreed on a plan and went back to the lobby and set up an appointment conveniently the next Monday. Heidi was given my information and on Monday, right on time, I was led back to the ColdScupturing room. Pleasant and clean. Heidi, as Morgan was very professional in a very personable way and again I was put at ease and the process began. I visited Juvly as I have a friend who previously had an appointment with them. The place is awesome and the ambiance is very relaxing. I wanted to try their Kybella as I heard so many good reviews about that treatment. Prior to visiting Juvly, I was looking around the town so I can compare the reviews and prices. I wanted to go to a practice who is established and credible so I won't waste any money in the end. Upon checking several practices, I decided to go to Juvly because 1.) I have a friend who had a session with them previously and my friend was very happy with the result. 2.) It seems that they are more budget-friendly as compare to other practices who offer the same services and 3.) Their positive reviews helped me to decide to give it a go so I trusted my friend (who was satisfied with them) and the public too (who gave them lots of positive reviews). I also want to commend Gary for providing an excellent service. He answered all my questions professionally. He also gave me a call and sent me a post-treatment instruction via email after the session to make sure that everything is okay. Overall, I am very happy as to how everything turned out! I booked an appointment on their website to have my lips filler. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate and it's so easy to book an appointment. I went to their office and I was amazed at how friendly and professional they are. One of their staff, Gary, did a great job in answering all my questions and explaining everything. I stepped out of their office around 1 hour past my session and I must say that I really am satisfied with the service that they have provided me. Gary even sent me a post-treatment instruction via email a day after my session to make sure that I will monitor my progress correctly and to know what to avoid or not. This is my first review but I've read on a lot of reviews before giving Juvly a try and their positive reviews really helped me to decide to give it a go. Price is reasonable as well and overall, I am really happy. Though I have yet to wait for a few weeks before I can finally see some changes, but the good thing is, if in case that you're not satisfied with the outcome, they do offer a free complimentary touch up until you have the results and satisfaction that you're looking for. I was blown away when I met Michelle. I first had my consultation with her after having to find a new injector. I was so nervous to try someone new but after a recommendation from a friend I went for a consultation with Michelle. The whole staff was so friendly and Michelle was a ray of sunshine. I automatically connected with her personality and it was extremely comfortable in that type of vulnerable situation. I'm getting married this summer and needed to plan ahead for the big day. We came up with a game plan for my injectables as far as options and pricing. I was given a clear description for what to expect and I gained confidence in her by her experience and expertise from the way she handled my questions. I went the following week to Polaris where I was again extremely satisfied with the service beginning to end. My day is going to be made even more special because of my relationship I now trust in. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I was completely taken advantage of at my lowest, I trusted Matthew completely but I soon Regretted that decision. I was talked into treating my masseter muscle with Botox in my jaw. Only to find out it had completely wiped away my natural jawline, I could not understand why everything looked saggy in my face. Not only did it take away the natural bone structure I have but it also affected my speech from a lack of support . I am currently seeing a plastic surgeon to get that jawline back With filler. It still does not look the same but it is better then what was done to me. This man is trying to play God, you do not get to Wipe away natural facial features and create your own. Please speak to a Actual surgeon before you let this man talk you into what he wants to create. I heard about Juvly from a couple of friends who previously had treatment with them. I wanted to improve my uneven lips and my friends asked my to try one of their services. I booked an appointment and went to Juvly with a bit of hesitation and nervousness as it was my first time to try such treatment. The treatment took about 1 hour and after the treatment, I was really happy and impressed with how great they work. After a couple of days, I received a call from Gary to ask how am I doing and also sent me a post-treatment instruction that I can follow during the healing process. For me, that's a great customer service. Not all practices do that, but Gary and the rest of Juvly team did a great job in taking care of me and I'm sure they do the same with all of their clients. I've been to other providers in the Columbus OH area prior to going to Juvly & highly recommend Juvly over any others. I've had spa procedures & botox appointments with several different technicians & every time had consistently good experiences. All the staff is very professional, personable, & excellent in giving you the results that you want to achieve. I also love the convenience of being able to book online & the availability of their appointments-evenings & even sometimes weekends. I don't usually like membership programs but I also recommend their membership which is well worth the savings you get with it. They do not pressure you to join or ever try to sell you anything which is something else I love. If considering any aesthetic procedures I would recommend going to Juvly over any others! read more

Christa is an incredible injector! I have had lip injections and Botox/Dysport from other providers but I will never go to anyone else. She gave me the perfect pout, which was painless, and is the first injector that I did not have to return for a follow-up appointment after my Botox in my forehead. She gives the best recommendations in terms of getting you the look you want. She doesn't "sell" you services but rather creates a customized experience that achieves the results you desire. I get both Botox and Dermaplaning at Juvly. I have a monthly membership, which I use for the Dermaplaning, and I take advantage of the discounts for other services for my Botox currently. They are very professional. The facilities are fantastic. I love Marissa Van Meter, who does my Dermaplaning. Michelle Porter recently did my Botox. I've only been to her once, but she was fantastic and answered all my questions about fillers, which I intend to have done in the future. I think the monthly membership is worth it. Also, they do texting and emails to remind you of your appointments, which is very helpful in my opinion. Every chance I get, I encourage people to go to Juvly. It was my first time getting fillers in my lips. I was feeling extremely anxious. A~ really don't like needles B ~ didn't want big lips C~ pain sucks I walked into an atmosphere that was calming, clean The front desk reception was so nice. With a welcoming smile coupled with impeccable professionalism. Danielle did my filler. She set all my worries at ease. Answered all my questions, I felt she was honest and informative. I can't say enough good about the people at Juvly. I've been going here pretty much since they opened? So I feel like I'm visiting friends...with the added bonus of getting beauty treatments.
