7/22/2020 DON'T GO HERE!! Went to this place for Botox on 7/8/2020. I have had Botox done before and Dr. Mark Goldsmith didn't seem to know how to correctly administer the medication. The bridge between my eyebrows still has a wrinkle and somehow made a new wrinkle after the treatment! Maybe it's because he's a psychiatrist with a record! When the procedure was done, he told me to come back in 10 days for a follow. I received 6 text messages from their office with 2 different dates and 3 different times then what I was scheduled at. So I went to the latest text message that had the date and time that I confirmed. Of course when I arrived at my scheduled time, the office was closed. There was no notification of it being closed nor did I receive any calls to reschedule. It's now been 4 days later and still nothing from the office! Don't waste your money here!! read more

I wanted to share my experience with Ageless Splendor today. The staff was extremely nice and the Doctor was very knowledgeable on services and procedures. I was advised to do Bellafill and a series of non surgical face lifts 3 total. I am beyond satisfied! My creases (thanks to Bellafill) have disappeared. I asked about fillers around my eyes. The doctor told me no, I needed complete facial rejuvenation. Told me my neck and face all needed lifting and my skin looked bad and needed smoothed. Cool but all I want to do is smooth my crows feet so...dude. All he did was insult me and try to get me to book a procedure he never even named. I asked what the procedure was called. He said "it rejuvenates your skin." I asked how long the results last. He said it is "durable." I went to my plastic surgeon later because my self esteem was shot and he laughed and said I don't need that stuff yet and he would not do it because it would be irresponsible. Dr. Goldsmith is wonderful. Very caring and professional. Also very honest about what to expect and he took great care in explaining the tattoo removal process. I have had 3 treatments so far and can see a huge difference. I feel confident that with a few more treatments my unwanted tattoo will be a thing of the past. His facility and equipment are top notch and the women that work in the office are so thoughtful and friendly. You won't be disappointed. read more

He listens to what your needs are and makes sure you are satisfied with the results. You know he cares as much as you that the results be worth every penny of your investment. DO NOT BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT ONLINE!! Last week I used their online schedule to book an appointment for 10am on Friday morning. Immediately after booking, I received an email confirmation stating that my appointmebt request had been excepted, & then 2 days out from my appointment (Wednesday) I received another email confirming my appointment for Friday morning at 10am. However, when I arrived at 9:50am on Friday morning I was surprised to find the front doors locked with absolutely no sign of life from within. I immediately got out my phone to double check my email confirmation to make sure that I hadn't accidentally gotten the dates wrong, but no, that was not the case. So, I called the business and was surprised when someone immediately answered the phone "Ageless Splendor"....come to find out the phone was being answered by a woman who was currently in the process of dropping her grandson off at school or something. I told her that I was at the business for my scheduled 10am appointment with Gayle Summers...& then she informs me that they typically do not book appointment until noon on Friday & that Gayle Summers doesn't even work there anymore....WTF?? Are you kidding me? You've got an online system that books appointments for times that are not really available and with people that are no longer employees??? I'm sorry, but this system is seriously flawed & Im really upset that I wasted an hour out of my day driving to and from Ageless Splendor for nothing. I also thought that perhaps someone would reach out to me later in the day on Friday to apologize and attempt to resolve the issue...but No, that did not happen. I'm extremely disappointed and am not looking forward to doing business with Ageless Splendor ever again. read more

I ran around a whole day trying to find a place that would take me in that day because it was my only day off for awhile. No one could till I got to Ageless splendor. They were super kind and helpful. Took me in immediacy and did it right then. It felt very private and comfortable. Pricing wasn't too bad considering a lot of places do a minimum of 250$. I'm excited to see the results after a couple more treatments! read more

Ageless splendor was very clean and modern. The staff was pleasant and helpful. However, I will not be returning. I was being treated for tattoo removal and one treatment of botox. The second treatment of the tattoo I was sitting in the exam room for 40 minutes before the doctor came in. He only came in after I called ageless splendor and asked if he was even here. The response I got was "he hasn't been in yet?" With no apologies he went on with the treatment. After little progress with the fading of the tattoo I decided to go for treatment number three. It looks the same as treatment number two. Before the third treatment of the tattoo I got a treatment of botox. I got the botox at the end of April. It took about 14 days before I noticed the lines to smooth. I was told that I would see results at 4 days, it took longer and I'm ok with that. At 14 days it looked good but after a month it was fading and when I called and said something my complaint was dismissed. At the tattoo appointment the doctor brushed off my complaint and then called the next day asking "how's your face?" I replied with "the same" & that was the last time I heard from them. It has been 2 months and two weeks and my area for botox looks like it's never been treated. I'm sad that this is the review I'm writing bc I trusted that they would make it right. I was told it's 99%botox and I'm not sure what that means but next time I'm going to ask more questions. I live and I learn. When the waiting room is empty that should of been my first sign to run. read more

BOTCHED BELLAFILL I had blepharoplasty (lower eyelid) surgery in 2014 and was very happy with the result! Having read about Bellafill from material provided by Ageless Splendor, I set up a consultation in February 2016 with Dr. Goldsmith regarding my jowl area. Instead of focusing on my jowl area, Dr. Goldsmith talked me into having the tear trough area filled to make my eyes less hollow, and this in turn would lift the jowl area. I told him I didn't have a problem with my eyes and was apprehensive about lumps/nodules appearing in that area. He assured me if I did get lumps/nodules, he would be able to dissolve them with hyaluronidase. Although I had reservations about the procedure and the end results, I trusted Dr. Goldsmith as to what he felt would work best for me. I went ahead with the filler in March 2016. Unfortunately lumps did occur under my eyes and are still there. In April I asked Dr. Goldsmith to use the hyaluronidase to dissolve the lumps. His response was "you don't want that stuff injected in your body; by the way, nothing will dissolve Bellafill!" I asked for a refund and was told he would be willing to work with me. He tried a Vela machine which is used to reduce cellulite; however, it left burn marks on the side of my nose and did nothing for the lumps. Again, in July 2016, I asked for my money back and Dr. Goldsmith said he first wanted to do some research on Bellafill--maybe how to make a correction. Eventually, in September 2016, I received a certified letter stating that I would not receive a refund because I signed a consent form. Because I believed what he told me originally, his assurances that complications could be easily dealt with, I had no compunction about signing the form. I went there for a botox between my eyebrows. Dr. Mark Goldsmith doesn't look like he knows what he's doing. He got the instruction sheet he kept lookingback and forth on it and injecting. It was very painful & lots of blood came out from the injection sites and it took him 45min. I have had botox before somewhere else, all it took was 5 min. Dr. Goldsmith was very unprofessional and doesn't know what he's doing and his hand was shaking during the procedure. I was very uncomfortable. I would definitely NOT recommend!! read more

Dr. Goldsmith goes out of his way to give the customer a great experience. From his complimentary chocolates and coffee to his personal consultations. His equipment is state of the art and prices are reasonable. My results for rejuvenation were fabulous. My skin looks and feels fantastic! The compliments I am receiving are on how refreshed I look. There was no downtime and all in all a great experience. My one and only suggestion to dr. Goldsmith is to express the importance of fresh breath especially in such close proximity. read more

Have been to Ageless Splendor now for four different treatments. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Goldsmith really does exceptional work. The office is clean and he keeps up on the newest treatments.
