I want to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. I purchased a 2015 Ram 1500…read morefrom this dealership for $18,000 cash. Within a week, the check engine light came on. I had it repaired, but the issue returned shortly after. I contacted the dealership and was told they would repair the truck. When I dropped it off, I was told it would be fixed the same day. However, when I arrived to pick it up, I was informed that my truck had been taken to someone's private residence for repairs rather than a licensed mechanic shop, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I was also told the truck had a lifetime warranty on the motor, but when I attempted to get information and use the warranty, I received conflicting answers and little assistance. The dealership eventually offered to make the repairs themselves, but said it could take up to six weeks, with my truck sitting on their lot and no loaner vehicle provided. As a working parent with children, being without a vehicle for that length of time was not realistic. The customer service during this process was disappointing and very different from the experience I had when purchasing the truck. Because of this situation, I was forced to purchase a reliable vehicle from another dealership. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage others to be cautious and ask detailed questions before buying from this dealership. And dont let me forget, I never received the title or license plates for my truck! I was told I had a lifetime warranty, 2 weeks after purchasing the truck I tried contact the warranty and Valdez never put the warranty under my name.

Since purchasing our "safe, reliable used vehicle" IN FULL, WITH CASH, since January 2023 (not even owned a year!!!), we have had to have the following done: 1) Replaced the engine within 5 weeks of purchasing 2) The vehicle eats through oil, I am having to add 1 QT of oil every week, and full oil changes every 4 weeks. We have spent hundreds on dollars on oul this year, and many hours wasted on this maintenance. 3) The transmission gave out yesterday, prompting me to write this review. So now I am looking at replacing the transmission ona vehicle we have spent almost $15,000 on!!! And now I don't have a vehicle to get to work!!! This has been the most stressful experience and I feel scammed. Every single time I would get in my vehicle, I never knew if I it would safely make it back home. I was really trying to support another local business, and with all the positive reviews, I thought this was our answer. Do you know how hard it was and how long it took us to save up that $11,000 to pay for this Toyota RAV4? Please learn from my mistake.

However, this last experience with this dealership is the straw that broke the camels back for me. I set an appointment up for an oil change and a tire rotation almost 2 hours later I'm still sitting there, I asked the representative where my car is and let them know that I need to go because I have other things to do normally oil change takes an hour because they do Xpress service which is why I always set up the appointment instead of just showing up but at the end when I get the report back apparently there's a nail in my tire that they didn't bother to tell me that they found as soon as they found it, normally when Chuck is there he lets me know and I'll get a new tire and I'll get it fixed but now I had to leave the shop with a nail in my tire with no idea when this tire is going to pop because they don't have the tire and I can't come back tomorrow Because I'm a nurse and I work the next day so I can't just call in sick. So I had to leave the dealership knowing that my car is not safe to drive, I will never ever ever go back to this dealership or deal with those people ever again. You should never let a customer leave an unsafe conditions and not try to do something upfront, I should've been told upfront if there was a nail in my tire. The worst part of it is that I asked to speak to a manager or somebody in customer service and was just told that the person I asked for doesn't work there anymore but I wasn't given any recourse to talk to anybody else, clearly the person handling me did not want to help and did not want to get the situation resolved. I advise other women if you're looking for a dealership do not take your car here. And if you're really desperate and you need to go ask for Chuck Byers if he's not there then don't go
