They even had confirmed the Friday before for my appointment for Monday morning. Come Monday morning, oh your part isn't available because we had to order it from the source. Oh and they couldn't let me know either because it's the way they just do things their according to the manager on duty. The warehouse they ordered it from apparently didn't have the part in stock. And no, they couldn't update me on that. They waited until Monday morning when I checked in my vehicle to tell me the part wasn't available like they thought. Lack of communication to the customer. I don't stay home during covid I have a a job to do and need to take time off for things like this. The least they could do is update the customer if the part/s aren't going to be available for the APPOINTMENT. This is customer service 101, they need serious retraining or training period. Talking to the service manager was pointless as he just stated we're sorry the part wasn't available at the warehouse we order it from so it had to come from the source. No understanding really and no effort to make up for it. It's now the Thursday after that Monday and I call and complain to the manager on duty and just asks with attitude, well do you still want the part installed or not? Well I told him no. Not with that kind of service. And he just hangs up, no customer service again. No apology for not making the customer happy no effort at all. Here's my Tip for future customers of Greenwood Chevrolet, call and have your part ordered, make your appointment a few days after your part is delivered to the dealership. Call them to confirm your part arrived then you will know for sure you will receive service. What kind of service is another question you will find out for yourself, if you fail to do so you risk your part not being available on your scheduled appointment.

Found a fellow car owner who had used the Paint Doctor and had positive experience. Called and got an appointment for about 3 weeks out (he's pretty busy). We had a couple scheduling hiccups and a minor issue with the weather and the way things turned out. But Kirk went above and beyond and said he would come out to fix everything to completion (no matter how many times it took). He resolved the little hiccup and always showed up on time (even after i paid in full the first time). 6 ugly holes are gone in the front bumper, rear bumper scratch is gone. I'm happy! know who I'll be calling next time for minor repairs. Pricing was fair (not cheap or expensive). He's does good work and really cares about what he does. Jessilda was kind, spoke clearly, and really helped push the deal to the finish line. Marco and I drove from the Fresno area because the local dealerships didn't want to offer competitive pricing, but a quick online search showed that Gilroy had the best pricing and discounts that everyone else we checked from Bakersfield to Merced and as far west as Paso Robles, so basically the entire Central Valley. While I do wish the sales manager on duty was a little more personable, Jessilda's demeanor and professionalism certainly made up for any shortcomings from other staff. Thank you again Jessilda for making this a memorable experience for my best friend Marco and I will certainly keep Gilroy GMC in mind the next time I purchase a new vehicle.

We drove from Gonzales to pick up a part because Gilroy was the closest that had it in stock today. We arrived at 1:08 to be greeted with a hand written note, "out to lunch back at 1:45". So we sat down and waited At 1:45 the gal that was at lunch (didn't get her name, older lady wearing a beanie cap) pulled the part for us and brought to counter. She then yells, "Roberta can you help them?" I guess Roberta does everyone's job here. I hope her coworkers don't take advantage of Roberta. Roberta helped us with a smile. I suggest the service/parts depart cross train so that when one is out to lunch the other covers the counter. AND when you're handing out parts that employee be responsible for the entire transaction. It just looked like Roberta was being directed to do everything in that place. Also during my wait I went into the showroom expecting to be approached by a salesperson. I believe I counted four. The two in separate booths saw me and looked down. The last gentleman sitting at counter by door greeted me. He was very professional as was Roberta. The approach I received upon entering the showroom along with my experience at the parts counter exemplified poor work ethics. I will not purchase an automobile at Gilroy GMC I felt unwanted My experience... when the boss is a good director and trains and treats employees well, The customers receive professional. Courteous service by cross trained employees. This seems not the example here Remember... Happy Boss. Happy employees. Happy customers. Happy reviews. He was in contact with Ivan, and he was told to come in to put down the deposit instead of online. I realized why. They wanted to haggle us on the price. They marked it up from MSRP - up to $73,000 out the door. The MSRP was around $52-54K. They insisted that they add in their GPS software and have some kind of 5 year upholstery care plan. When we laughed off the numbers, they brought in Jose Perez to try to close the deal. In his suit, he looked like a manager so I thought he can get us a better deal. I honestly couldn't swallow the bloatware they were trying to sell us with the car for thousands of $$$ so we negotiated this down. When we tried to leave for another dealership, he kept trying to haggle with us for a price. We finally agreed on a price that seemed okay for both of us. I still didn't care for their bloatware and felt compelled to accept being ripped off with unnecessary additions (charges). He said every dealer did this to make money. We spent hours here negotiating and then signing papers. Then we waited for our car... for WEEKS. Nothing. I've asked my husband to follow through which he did finally. There was no response from Jose or Ivan. He had to contact the general manager who finally told us the truth - THEY SOLD THE CAR TO SOMEONE ELSE. We rang the bell because we bought the car with all the paperwork signed and then nothing. No other retributions. Jose made us upload a 5 star review on Google when we agreed with a handshake, and now I need to tell everyone the truth of what happened to our car. They will BAIT you and then SELL YOUR CAR when someone else who may pay higher will take it. They have ZERO integrity. I will never recommend anyone to purchase their car here. They will taunt you that your car is coming but good luck buying anything that's highly popular. It was a complete waste of our entire month waiting.

Because it's a company car, the billing process is different than a normal personal vehicle. The staff was patient and worked through the process with me so everything could be handled the right way. During the visit, they also helped me realize that Nissan hadn't actually called to get the oil change approved through the company, which explained the confusion on my end. Their team helped clarify the process and made sure everything was handled properly. I really appreciated how professional, accommodating, and solution-oriented everyone was, especially since corporate fleet vehicles can involve extra steps. They made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Great service and a team that genuinely tries to help. Would definitely recommend.

Technician was friendly at the counter but the first question I was asked was if I had purchased my tires there. When I told him no he seemed a bit hesitant to help. I asked him to balance my tires and check the alignment and left my car for them to do the work. Received a call 6 hours later telling me I needed to replace all 4 tires. His explanation was convenient and he said he would show me the problem when I picked up my car. When I picked up my car nobody showed me a problem with my tires, none of the work I had requested had been completed. Felt like they wasted my time and this was just a bait and switch! Won't be going back, honesty counts. My wife had also taken her car there a month prior to get a tire fixed and the attendant told her she had the same problem with her tires as he had told me and also told her she needed 4 new tires. Be sure to get a second opinion before proceeding with their recommendations!
