He came up with some great ideas as I really didnt know how to proceed with my project. The guys that came to house were always super polite, friendly, and always cleaned up after themselves. Easy to understand and appreciate. They expertly tackled a dry rot nightmare on the back of our house - a nightmare which we though had been remedied by another contractor years ago. Turns out that contractor made matter worse. Antone and crew were able to identify the sources of water intrusion - roof, gutter, a rotted window, wood siding, you name it. It took some time chasing down the dry rot, but the end result is that this side of the house looks as good as the time of original construction. The crew was punctual, neat and tidy, coordinated well with other trades, and they were fair in their pricing. All in all, a solid performance. My previous contractor had disappeared after demo (no calls, no texts for over a month, left their tools behind). Dan put together a detailed estimate and took the time to explain and talk through different options for the things that needed to be done. Throughout the project, he was prompt, communicative, and fair. Sterling and Phil came in and tackled all the quirks of a 100 year old house with experience and humor. When there were additional challenges (previous homeowner had screwed sheetrock over plaster in some places so the walls and ceiling were uneven, counters were not square or level, filled mismatched molding joints with putty) - they took the time to fix the old work and redo it correctly. They worked efficiently, paid attention to detail, and everything turned out beautifully. All three were professional, kind, and respectful throughout. I will definitely call on them in the future.

Workers come on time and work hard to finish the project, also they pay attention to most of the details. Several things that made me took off 1 star: 1. The window Dan asked me to purchase is different style than all my other windows and not sure why it took the team to install 1 window per day! 2. There are 2 times that I tried to provide concern or feedback on the project and Dan yelled at me in a disrespectful manner, basically he told me to step out of his way and he had the right to do whatever he want because he runs the project. This made me pretty unhappy and felt disrespected as a homeowner. His office manager is much nicer to talk to and maybe she communicated with Dan and it did not happen again.
