I originally gave this man a 1 star review. He then responded to my review claiming that he would like another chance to earn my business. I then followed up with him, and he said that he no longer wished to earn my business (because I gave him a bad review). I then reminded him that on Yelp he wanted my business still. So I deleted my negative review of him and replaced it with a 5 star. He never acknowledged that and still wouldn't service my vehicle. I always will give businesses a second chance, especially if they ask for it. I know that a negative review for a small business can be hurtful. The original reason for the bad review was he changed my time for my appointment, then he had to cancel the first appointment, and the next appointment he had to postpone because his wife got in an accident. Totally understandable, but he was back to work the next day, and couldn't fit me in for another 6 days. It was just a negative review for his dependability.
