AAA uses this company for car battery problems. They sold me a defective battery that went bad…read moreafter a few months. The battery was not holding a full charge and was slow to crank. Had the battery tested at O'Reilly and AutoZone, and it failed. Had this company come out twice, but refused to test the battery before first connecting to a battery booster. Per this company, the battery is good, but they refused to test it without first boosting it. If, after being informed, the battery is failing and boosting fixes the problem temporarily, this company should have a better process for testing a defective battery they recently sold, rather than ignoring the original concern. Very disappointed, disappointed with AAA for using this subpar company.

The gate is closed. I call the number and she says "I will send Jesse right out" I wait till 11:05 in 100 degree heat. I call back and Jesse answers. "Yeah, I'm running late from picking up parts, I won't be there for 45 minutes, but you can just leave the car." The area is not the best, I am not dropping my car off with someone I've never had face to face contact, and leaving my keys in a key drop. So...my question...why didn't they call me initially to reschedule? Once I was there were they going to call me and let me know what was going on? Was he just going to have me wait 45 minutes in 100+ degree heat? Update: I wish I had dug a little deeper on Yelp before making an appointment. Upon the comment left by the owner below I am glad that I didn't leave my car. It seems you get one of two experiences, either he is absolutely amazing or he has zero respect and then writes belligerent responses to truthful reviews. The transmission did need a full rebuild (as expected, the truck is 20 years old with 208,000 miles!) and when I picked it up the bill was exactly, to the penny, the $2,250 I was quoted.
