The business is licensed, and the build was permitted with the county. Anthony came out for a quote and after discussing some options we agreed on a design. We were able to get what we wanted with only two footers; most others quoted 3-4 which really blocked the view from the sliding glass door. the color options were standard, and we were happy with the quality of metal. The final product was completed in 4-6 weeks with a combo full and half lattice. Beautiful patio cover that will provide us shade for years to come. Parker seems to commit to jobs that either he is unable to finish properly or may not have the experience to complete correctly. I hired them to build a pool equipment wall with a gate, but there were several issues with the installation. The piece mounted to the brick wall was left loose, and the gate hinges were installed incorrectly. The patio cover itself was installed well, and I was happy with that portion of the work. However, tile around the base was damaged during the installation. I was told it would be repaired, but months later, it still has not been fixed. They also installed a sheer descent water feature. They had difficulty completing that portion of the project properly, and the overall execution felt amateur. The water pipe for the sheer descent is still visible and needs to be covered with additional Alumawood to properly finish the installation. Communication and follow-through have also been a major issue. I have had to constantly reach out to Parker myself for updates rather than being kept informed. On multiple occasions, he told me he would come out to address the outstanding work and then simply did not show up. After months of waiting, there are still items that have not been completed. Parker was hired through USTurf, another company I have unfortunately had issues with during this project. I genuinely wanted to have a positive experience with both companies, and I have been extremely patient and given them plenty of opportunities to make things right. I understand that issues can come up on a project, but it is not acceptable for relatively simple repairs and unfinished items to drag on for months, especially when appointments are made and then missed without follow-through. As of the time I am writing this review, the work is still not fully completed and the outstanding issues have not been resolved. Based on my experience, the biggest concerns have been workmanship on certain parts of the project, communication, and ultimately following through on commitments.

I found Perfect Homes through a neighbor whose gutters still look fantastic and have worked without issue (over the initial 5 years). Not only is the quality of the material a top/better grade, the size of the gutter is larger than what you'd get from Lowes/Home Depot and many competitors (thus able to handle the monsoon rains without overflowing). [2] The Installers. Jeff & Ed are the best (make sure you ask for them)! Super nice gentlemen and so easy to work with. They showed up promptly at the time I requested (7am) and were done in less that three (3) hours. Both Jeff and Ed are highly experienced (decades in the gutter trade) and both very friendly & professional. FYI - these gentlemen respected my property and home as if it were their own. They were also very meticulous with clean-up (I found absolutely no debris in the weeks that followed installation). [3] The Warranty. It is truly a zero hassle process. I initially purchased my gutter in January of 2026. Unfortunately, once the Vegas heat hit (June) we started noticing several waves/pointed sections. Even though the gutter channeled water effectively, the gutter was a little unsightly. I called the office and sent pictures. The owner called me back the next day and immediately scheduled Jeff & Ed to come out and replace my gutter. Jeff & Ed showed up (with precise color-matched materials), removed the old gutter (entirely) and installed a completely new gutter ... with a smile! One heads up item, Anthony (our initial sales person) gave me a bit of the used car sales vibe. They don't honor their contracts, they make appointments and never show up. Their solution (over the phone) is $5,000.00 for "upgraded panels"! The problem is not the panels, it's the horrible installation that has NO pitch, so the water has no where to go except pooling in the center causing the panels to belly out and pull away from the beams. $22,000.00 for carport that leaks like a sieve! TOTAL WASTE OF $22k Find a company that will stand behind its products and not blame the customer!!! Perfect Home is not honest or trustworthy!
