The business is licensed, and the build was permitted with the county. Anthony came out for a quote and after discussing some options we agreed on a design. We were able to get what we wanted with only two footers; most others quoted 3-4 which really blocked the view from the sliding glass door. the color options were standard, and we were happy with the quality of metal. The final product was completed in 4-6 weeks with a combo full and half lattice. Beautiful patio cover that will provide us shade for years to come. The problem is not the panels, it's the horrible installation that has NO pitch, so the water has no where to go except pooling in the center causing the panels to belly out and pull away from the beams. $22,000.00 for carport that leaks like a sieve! TOTAL WASTE OF $22k Find a company that will stand behind its products and not blame the customer!!! Perfect Home is not honest or trustworthy!
