After about a week two men came, picked up my boat and took it in. After not hearing anything for three weeks, I called and was told they were waiting on parts. The following week (2 days shy of FOUR weeks) I drove in and talked with them directly. Brandon told me he would call me. Later that day, Brandon called me to give me a quote. He gave me a figure of over $1,900! I told him that all I wanted was a tune up and to have the lower unit grease changed. Two years earlier Nautical Mile repaired my outboard motor and charged me $900. I haven't taken it out but five times since then and it runs fine. I told him that I wouldn't pay anything like that and that I would pick it up myself. He told me the cost would be $225. "For what?" I asked. "For picking the boat up and diagnostics." I picked my boat up the next day. I won't be doing business with Nautical Mile Marine again. Bob Bradley

This is a great place to rent a kayak and go into the water only a few steps (literally) away…read more Kayak rental is open to anyone, it is not limited to customers with an RV site rental. They have a good assortment of kayaks available. We do not own our own kayaks or have a truck, so this gives us more freedom to enjoy nature from the water. The owner is very friendly and helpful. This will be a business we return to again and again!

Staff is kind but I have given this place 3 chances food wise and I do not think I will be back. For portion sizes and quality I would say it's overpriced. Also just down right disappointed in the food each time. Want a grilled cheese? Don't bother. They can't even let the cheese melt to the bread. It looks like two pieces of toast with a slice of cheese in the middle, and if you open the "sandwich" the cheese will fall right off. Supreme nachos? Not bad but I've had better at a hs concession stand. Side of ranch is .75 and comes in the smallest container and it came out either fully frozen or partially frozen on two occasions. Fries have come out cold multiple times. The queso tastes good but for the price the portion sizes suck. I have come in on a slow day, a medium ish day and a busy day, and EACH time the food takes 40+ minutes to come out and they blame it on them being busy. That excuse might work for the busy night, but you cannot you being busy as the excuse for the poor quality of food and timely service on the other two. At this point a food inspector needs to come by and ensure they are storing food properly and cooking the food to its proper temperature/ keeping it in a warming area before someone gets sick for the lack of consistency. If you're okay with food microwaved to be reheated and overpaying then this place is okay, but it could be better.

Tracker Marine, Bass Tracker…read more I had purchased a used Tracker Pro 17. It needed some work. I called for an estimate and the work and something I added came in lower than the original estimate. The guys are helpful. I came in at closing time and they insisted on cashing me out, on a Friday evening, beyond closing time. They already had the lights out. It's a small store but there are advantages to a small. Size doesn't matter? They'll get my repeat business.
