This place serves Lech, a Heineken-esque Polish beer, as well as the often-overlooked and awesome War Eagle Kentucky straight bourbon, which helped the rest of the night upstairs go a tad more smoothly. The men's room was reminiscent of a scene in a mobster movie where a likable character is tortured and eventually killed. It was legit scary. So with that, I ask you, "How many Polacks does it take to clean a restroom?"

I wanted to express my disappointment with the party yesterday. I wanted to give feedback because that's how things improve. First, the place is really cool so I hope it continues to grow and is successful. When I got the information about the party, I was told that there were different options of equipment kids could play on, but that no one would need a login where we were set up. This was not true. One kid was playing Minecraft and the others wanted to join but couldn't because they didn't have a login. Roblox and we were figuring out how to get them logged in with different accounts so they could play together. There were a lot of other games available from what I could tell, but if there are specific popular games that won't be available or that the kids should bring login info for, that would be good to know. Especially since we ended up doing that for two hours. I won't get into the food because I think you're already aware that there seems to have been a miscommunication when we ordered specific food items several weeks ago and the party host had down there was no food order. This could be why the kids were playing games on free time for two hours before there was any food or drinks served. Since two hours had gone by and I was told it would take at least an hour for the tournament, I asked the party host to move along and set up Mario Kart. I was told there would be a set of rules as if the tournament was a very organized fun thing that would take a long time. First, it was not set up so all the kids could play in the "tournament." We had five kids which I notified of ahead of time, so arrangements could have been made ahead of time. The tournament took maybe 20 minutes because all it was was the kids playing Mario kart for a few laps and the host writing down where they placed and the score they got. The final thing that drove me to notify you was the goodie bags. What really bothers me is that I asked ahead of time about the goodie bags and if they were going to be good for this age group. The goodie bags had one or two dragon or dinosaur plastic toys. The candy was mini M & Ms, which was good. The rest was loose yellow candies that were wrapped up in the grass paper, even a loose piece of ice cream cone candy. I thought maybe one had broken open and it was just a fluke in that bag, but they all had this. Both those things usually come in wrappers so I don't know why everything was loose. The rest was Werther's candies, which is not really popular for kids. This is not at all the candy I was expecting, and the bags overall were disappointing. I appreciate that things can be laid back but some organization is needed. Overall, there needs to be a flow and energy to the party so that people coming and paying a lot of money for a party aren't thinking they could've just done this at home. Even though there were only five kids at this party it's one of them most expensive parties I have done and it really fell short. I had the impression you've been hosting parties for a while, but it seemed very new and I think there's a lot of room for improvement. Thank you

If you're in seats along the wall, you 'will' be distracted from the glare of the television light (as I recently was back in Row N!). And then we waited for a while longer. How hard is it to check one person in? Well, I found out firsthand. The system somehow didn't capture my Marriott Bonvoy account. Front desk staff struggled to tab through their archaic-looking system to enter basic information. Later on when my friend arrived, they dealt with similar delays and were stuck in the lobby for quite some time. Staff did NOT accommodate the request for our wedding party to all be on the same floor. Also the staff member she spoke with did not know if they could get her a high chair to do make up, and needed to ASK THEIR MANAGER, who wasn't on site. Jeez. How hard is it to get a chair? On a more positive note, the room itself was clean. The bed could have been more comfortable. I had difficulty sleeping. If you look at the picture, the tv was oddly placed next to the tv and not in front of the tv. Strange. They had a blow dryer, a fridge, and dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. In my friend's suite, they also had a microwave. Based on this experience, Marriott is ranking below Hilton and Hyatt for me. I know Courtyard is their no frills brand, but I've had better experiences at their competitor's no frills brands.

Wow!! I can't stop…read morethinking about what a wonderful day today was, and it's all thanks to the great people at Kids U. We celebrated my son's 3rd birthday here today and what could normally be a stressful day for most parents, ended up being such a breeze!! From the start, before the big day, communication was clear and we were given exact pricing. I went in a few weeks before the big day and the manager (?) was kind enough to give me a tour and a rundown of exactly how the time would be spent. For the first half hour, the kids have free range of the jungle gym area, that reminded me of Discovery Zone from my youth. The next half hour was spent in a separate room that had trampolines, rock walls, swings, bubbles, balls...it was kid heaven. Keep in mind our group had age ranges from 1 all the way to 11, and everyone seemed entertained! During the whole time the staff was super attentive and assisted any of the kids if they needed help. The last half hour we all moved to the food area that was decorated so beautifully, where everyone enjoyed the cake and food and again, the staff was super on point and handled everything. They served the kids food, they cut and served the cake, and they cleaned up when we were done! I can't reiterate enough how efficient the 3 women were!
