Debbie, the owner, has done an amazing job renovating the space Although Pure is a new studio all the classes I have taken here were taught by great teachers with years of experience. Everyone's teaching style is different which I love. I highly recommend trying different classes with all the different instructors. For hot yoga lovers like me this is the best place for your Hot Yoga practice in the area. The studio is heated with infrared panels. This really is the best way to heat rooms for hot yoga, it evenly heats up the room where yogis won't feel that scorching heat during their practice. For me, being able to view the schedule and book a class on my phone is a huge plus. The MindBody app is awesome. Their Facebook page is constantly updated so be sure to follow them.

The studio is towards the back and it is in a big room. It is clean and calming in spirit. I have joined the morning classes and there are too many people in it and I love the intimacy of the class. All of the instructors have had their own unique-ness and I always come out of it challenged.

The following day was when the harassment started. I received four calls in the span of five days, one of which was from the actual gym location I go to. All calls were from different people claiming I never called, my account had no notes and that I had a balance. Additionally I had a poor experience with one of the managers named Gabbie. Was told I was going in loops when describing my frustration, spoke over me throughout most of the call which made it difficult to get to an understanding, could not remember my name and was told that I was one of 2,000 people so that she was incapable of remembering my name. Aside from that, I was misgendered when addressed on the phone but at that point I was already checked out and decided to cancel my membership. There is more I could say but again at that point my decision was made Unfortunately once I arrived at the gym to cancel the membership I was told by a different manager that I could not do that being that there was an outstanding balance, despite what Gabbie said. Thankfully I am local but it was an unnecessary commute none the less

The gym was pretty big. had a lot of machines and equipment. The gym is also clean which is nice. The locker room was kinda old and I didn't really like it. That's also have a pool and a sauna.

Reservations on the next exercise you are going to use? Really? So nobody can use in the mean time. Later, speaking to another member in a derogatory manner. Terry is training someone in front of the dumbbell rack. Woman walks over to get a set of weights, Terry tells member to say excuse me. How rude. Creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. The woman responds and now everyone in the room is uncomfortable. Terry responded with I'm the training manager. Does that mean she can act like that?

Currently we are in the midst of the Corona lockdown and EZE was the first in the area to bring online workouts to their members within days after having to be forced to shut down (temporarily due to the #coronadude)m. They even went over and above and rented out their equipment for free to members to get a workout. With all that being said they are extending a free workout for you to try for a week! It's absolutely amazing, the energy to keep you motivated in these tough times we are living in are by far the best. I look forward to seeing my coaches and my people everyday! Makes having no human contact a bit easier right now. No matter where you are, you can workout !
