Everything is very clear and you are able to easily add other services. I like this because you don't feel pressured in person and you can read through the cool add ons. Our groomer fully talked through everything with us and expectations which I loved. Other groomers usually take my dog in the morning and I don't pick him up until after 5pm. I hate that system because I have no clue what he's doing for 8 plus hours. At fetching, they give you a time frame, call you and you pick up within 1.5 hours. My baby rec'd 3 shots for $27. We arrived first thing in the morning, since the clinic was from 9am-12pm on May 2nd. Four Muddy Paws is housed in a strip mall with plenty of parking and there was a bank next door that looked to be closed on Saturday so that accommodated for additional parking. The clinic was held outside in the grassy area, they had a table set up, so it was first come, first serve. The paperwork was simple and they accepted cash or card payments. The wait time wasn't bad, it took us an hour from start to finish and the staff was really nice and loving to the babies and were ready for all types...meaning if your fur-baby was scared or frightened. We rec'd a free cookie from Treats Unleashed for the fur-babies and a $5 gift card. You select the one you want, an associate programs the machine and loads your new tag. Then you take over the keyboard by selecting how many lines you want. The next step is typing what you want on the tag and selecting a font. Final step is proofing and hitting the engrave button. When it's done engraving, you've got a fashionable tag for your new family member. The other item I needed was a coupler. I needed it for the seatbelt restraint. Instead of securing one dog, I now needed to make sure two dogs were safe while riding shotgun. For someone who has always had one to three dogs at a time for the last thirty years, it was like going through withdrawal. Once I rescued/adopted a new fur-baby, her new vet recommended a couple of different brands of food. She did not recommend the one that the rescue group had been feeding her. Since her new vet is in Edwardsville and I had good luck here with Sprites food, I came back. I checked out all three of the brands that the new vet recommended and went with, Royal Canin. I liked the smaller bag, since Sophia is a small dog. That way the food will stay fresh and I can just buy more frequently. Plus, the price point is very affordable. The store is well organized and for a store that allows pets, it always smells clean.

She asked me to attend a "brushing class" which i did for free w her. I always felt confrontational w her like she didn't approve of me keeping my dog's hair long. Well it became apparent when she Hung up on me! I feel this was extremely unprofessional. I specifically asked her not to shave my dog and she did a 1 inch cut which to us is essentially shaved. Here are the pics. What's so bad is i feel she intentionally did this because she did not want to keep brushing my dogs long hair she said it was torturing her(the dog) and we weren't managing the hair well. I brush my dog's long hair w a wire brush and metal comb and then cut whatever knots out she has with scissors which i told her to do but her response was that will look choppy! So after expressing my displeasure of her decision to cut very short my long haired pup she hung up on me! Instead of cutting her hair so short, she should have said i am not comfortable with brushing and grooming her anymore and you should find a new cut. Instead she decided on her own to do this! And when my hubby picked our pup up that day, Jessica immediately said "she isn't shaved " which was apparently on my husband's shocked face, yes she was! Im not asking for my Money back but i do feel the owner of this "woman ran business" all woman only work there, should apologize for the unprofessional manner in which her employee conducted herself. Do not hang up on customers. In the future, Maybe take a class in how to be more professional in dealing with unsatisfied clients
