Trying to book an appointment feels like a full-time job in itself, but without getting a response back. They should set up an online scheduling system -- it would save everyone a lot of time and frustration. Until then, the hassle of booking just isn't worth the otherwise good grooming experience. Customer service is a big part of returning, and unfortunately, the customer service here is lacking. From start to finish they were wonderful. My sweet dog came back looking like a new dog! And they groomed her within a decent amount of time. Only about 3 hours for a full body groom!
