I am disappointed and frustrated with this location. I took my dog the very first time to be groomed there and Elaina groomed him and did a fabulous job. The next time I took him, although I selected a specific groomer online, he was given to someone else. They told me when I schedule online that although the system allows you to select the groomer, it has a glitch and doesn't actually flow through to them. Since we were there, I went with it and he was groomed. I noticed when we got home that he was acting strangely and appeared very uncomfortable - stopping every few steps to jump onto his side and start licking between his legs. The next day his genital area was super red and he howled in pain when I tried to touch it. I immediately took him back to the facility so that they could see him in person and know that something occurred as a result of his grooming. Elaina was there and that's when I learned she was the manager. She apologized profusely, acknowledge that he appeared very irritated and slightly swollen in the area, and offered some type of ointment for me to use. She also promised to speak to the groomer to ensure that type of situation never happened again. she said the groomer simply shaved him too closely. I wound up taking him to the vet when his discomfort level continue to increase and was told all they could recommend was something to help speed up the healing and prevent infection. He was miserable for two weeks and I had to keep a cone on his head to keep him from licking the area and potentially infecting it while he healed. Elena or someone reached out via text and asked me to provide a copy of the receipt and medication. She called me and indicated they would credit a portion of his next groom. She also made notes in the system to be the only person to groom him moving forward. So I arrived for what would be his third groom and they tried to give him to the same groomer that hurt him the first time! They said Elaina was off and had no idea why he was scheduled to see her on her off day. Meanwhile, I looked down, and my dog was sitting right next to my leg, visibly trembling and shaking when he saw the groomer that hurt him. I am beyond livid. This establishment appears to be very disorganized and the groomer that hurt him didn't even bother to offer an apology for what she did. When I told her that he could not go back to her and that she had hurt him, she first looked surprised and then listened as I explained to the assistant manager how he was hurt before quietly walking away. That spoke volumes about how much they actually really care about your furry babies. read more

I bring both of my pups here to be groomed. The prices are reasonable $65 for a small dog grooming. There are cameras in the lobby so you can see your pet and groomer. I never worry about my pups safety. They always call if they end up needing to cut more hair than usual (I had a schnoodle so the curly hair can get knotted at times). The front desk and grooming staff are beyond nice and they always have last minute appointments! I would highly recommend this pet grooming business! read more

Red, is my large 80 pound golden doodle. He has been Going to All Fur Pet Grooming for a little over a year now and I absolutely love the groomers. Every time I park in the parking lot ,Red gets filled with excitement knowing he is going to get cleaned, and LOTS of attention. He absolutely loves his groomers and the customer service is always great whenever I call to make an appointment. Then when I go to pick Red up from the groomers, his tail is always wagging and he's got the best smile on his face. The groomers and the lovely people at the front desk always tell me how well Red did and how much they love him. His coat is always cut to the length I want it, paws/belly/privates are shaved, nails are cut/filed, teeth are clean, ears are clean. I scheduled my cat to get groomed with All Fur. My first appointment was on a Monday and I received a call the Friday before that they needed to reschedule because they had too many groomers out sick (like they predicted that three days in advance). Anyway, a week later I took in my cat who was REALLY matted and needed their help. I had to sign a waiver that he'd be shaved down. Three hours later they called and said, "we did what we could do." They literally shaved half my cat. He looked like a bad joke. On top of only doing half the job, All Fur didn't even bother to brush off the dander on his back (which he liked). And yes, they charged me full price for half the job (and boldly asked for a tip). All Fur are horrible groomers with poor customer service and I get the vibe they don't even like animals. Oh, and another groomer had no problem finishing the botched job by All Fur. Avoid All Fur at all cost. read more

Our old maine coon Rocky is a nice kitty, however he hates.....HATES being groomed. He bites and claws (he's pointy everywhere) so we tried washing him every so often to remedy his dreads and knots, which only made things worse. It was a terrible situation. We brought him in and they were able to give him a lion cut. Its hilarious looking and hes noticably more comfortable. Took 3 people 5 hours with repeated breaks and they had noticle scratches. Sorry. Absolutely worth the added cost, he was quite difficult. Im still bamboozled as to how they did it. Thank you and sorry again for all the scratches!!! read more

I just got my first pet in well over 20 years, the day i got my little buddy from Spotsylvania Animal Shelter, I took him to All Fur Pet Groomers about 10 minutes after I adopted him!!! I had my cat scheduled to get a bath and knowing my cat, she probably wouldn't be too thrilled about it but she needed it. I read on their website that you are able to watch your pet with their open groom room. They said they couldn't do that because of COVID, but the main reason I came here was because they offered that. I feel like my cat might've done better if I was there. If they don't offer the option to let owners be present while their pets are being groomed, they should take it off their website. When I picked her up, the groomer told me she wasn't happy and he couldn't finish drying her off. I expected this would happen but I didn't blame the groomer for not being able to dry her off completely. When he brought her out, her carrier broke. He said he had to take the top half off to take her out. It was a plastic carrier, I've never had anybody take the top off in order to get her out. One of the plastic pieces that held the carrier together broke so I had to carry her by the bottom of the carrier. They also didn't know where her collar went and had to search for it. Thankfully, they found it. Before I left, I asked the receptionist if the groomer cleaned her ears. She said yes. I looked when she got home and they were still dirty. I really wish I could've been there for my cat. If I saw that she was too stressed out, I would've stopped the whole thing but paid still. It'll be a long time before I take her to a groomer again, but I'm not coming here. read more
