Trying to book an appointment feels like a full-time job in itself, but without getting a response back. They should set up an online scheduling system -- it would save everyone a lot of time and frustration. Until then, the hassle of booking just isn't worth the otherwise good grooming experience. Customer service is a big part of returning, and unfortunately, the customer service here is lacking. Wondering how anyone is able to get an appointment or how they are able to stay in business if they do not respond to client outreach.

I've been here twice and both times I haven't been impressed what-so-ever. First off, shot records. I've brought there shot records three times. Once when I made the first appointment, then they asked if I could bring them when I brought my two pups in, then they asked when I picked them up cause they didn't input them in the system, then when I made another appointment the next month, they asked me to bring the shot records AGAIN! pricing.... I have two mini schnauzers in which I usually trim every 3-4 weeks. In hawaii, I was paying 45 dollars for a bath, degland, ear cleaning and grooming per pup. Here I was charged 60 dollars per dog! I have no problem paying it, if I was getting 60 dollars worth of customer service. There seems to always be a scheduling conflict in this place. I dropped my two mini schnauzers off at 11 am on the dot as requested and I was told three hours, which is even a little slower then my Hawaii groomer but I thought whatever. I was told they'd be ready at 300-330, which is 4 to 4.5 hours later. I stopped by at 330 and they then told me another hour and then I wasn't called until 5pm! 6 hours after I dropped them off! End result, if you have an entire day to waste and want to overpay for mediocre service at best, this is the best pet salon for you. However, I wouldn't recommend this pet salon to anyone. P.S. We reserved Silverbrook Kennels for our boarding choice while going on vacation for a few days. The…read moreentire process was easy and the staff are all very friendly. I originally called and wanted to walk the facility to see what the kennel looked like to ensure I was comfortable with boarding my pups there. The facility appeared to be clean and up kept. We were not allowed to see the inside of the facilities but the staff were accommodating in sending us pictures so we could see. During my pups stay, we did not receive any phone calls or updates so we assumed they were happy and healthy. I would say that would be the only thing if we would receive updates via text or email that would have made me feel more assured but overall we were really happy with the process.
