Sin explicación válida, sin disculpas, sin alternativas. El personal que me atendió por teléfono fue inflexible, cortante y transmitió claramente que no les interesa retener a sus clientes. Este tipo de manejo es alarmante. Vender un paquete y luego negarse a honrarlo es una práctica que mina la confianza y perjudica directamente al consumidor. En un mercado como Miami, donde la profesionalidad es clave, esto simplemente es inaceptable. Entre la falta de privacidad, el trato inconsistente, el servicio improvisado y la cancelación irresponsable de mi última sesión, mi conclusión es clara: no recomiendo este lugar bajo ninguna circunstancia.
