When the week that I wanted to get the service came I called and they said they would reach out to me and yet again no answer until I called again today only for them to tell me they didn't have any appointments for the rest of the week. If they were booked 2 weeks in advance they could have sent a message letting me know but instead they ignored me and only gave me an answer at the last second.
