We used this company to create sweatshirts and shirts for our command. They were very persistent on…read morereceiving FULL payment from us, I paid once the numbers were final. The deadline was missed, we were told multiple times that the order was shipped but they could never back up the shipment with a tracking. They made up crazy ups stories which weren't even true, I reached out to UPS and verified. After being told multiple times that they had shipped, they never arrived. Finally almost a month in, we received tracking. That package was due here today. Unfortunately, that package was never received by UPS. I reached out to the owner this morning and he hung up on me.
