Dan did talk to us, telling us he's short staffed. Sadly, the staff he had "helping" customers don't have a common decency with customer service skills! Tamera should definitely be working at an Amazon warehouse where she doesn't have to approach customers. They would not honor their guarantee because they said there was wear on the soles. That is what happens when you walk in shoes, the soles wear down. Just neighborhood dog walking nothing extreme. They tried to blame me for buying the wrong but I had them fitted at that store and bought from that store less than year ago. I am completely disillusioned with REI as they do not honor their own guarantee.

However, the personnel is very nice and I could get an agreement to return a bike a bit later as I couldn't make it before 5pm, was to far.
