I started out looking for the chains at Tractor supply where the salesman told me they would fit my Troy Bilt for sure. I got them home and they looked more like they would fit on a small garden tractor tire. I even had a picture of the very weird size (4.80-8). When I was taking them back to the Tractor Supply store, I remembered there was a small engine shop on the way so I stopped there. The clerk there, told me he didn't have anything, but referred me to Northern Tool. I decided on Lowes instead because I purchased the snowblower there and they would have to have them, I thought. Well, I thought wrong and the guy there referred me to Ty's Outdoor Power, who then referred me to Midwest Tire, who then referred me to Michael Todd and Co. I thought when I walked into the building that I had to be in the wrong place because it looked more like a law office when I headed upstairs to where the arrows pointed. I proceeded into an office and a lady ushered me to the person that knew about chains. A few minutes later I met this wonderful wonderful lady named Pat Sammon who instantly pulled up the tire size from her catalog and wrote everything I needed down on a name card she gave me. As I thanked her and headed out the door and down the stairs, I stopped and thought "what are you doing stupid? You've been all over town and this lady found your chains, go order them". Needless to say, Pat is having them shipped to my home and after running all over town searching for tire chains, this lady has a customer for life and I will spread the word, that Michael Todd Co. did what no other business in Omaha could do for me.

They have inclusive sizing, name brands and bargain brands for both horse and rider, goodies and essentials. The staff in this store really goes above and beyond, I've been overwhelmingly impressed with them especially recently.

They are also more centrally located for those who live in more central or midtown Omaha and still need things for horses or horseback riding. Coming to a complete stop. Arm staying put down on the record. Took it into a guy 3 times before them to no avail, bought a new motor, new transistors, etc. Dropped it off to these guys and ran them through the scenario and after a couple of drop offs/pick ups they found the issue and it's been no problem ever since. Super helpful along the way, calls keeping me updated on the process and what was going on all for a fair price. I thought I was SOL, but the beauty Pioneer is rolling! Cheers to you guys.

I specifically asked him this, as I didn't want to dismantle everything and drive across town from 108th and Maple. I told him I didn't want to be "low balled" when I got there. Everything was in EXCELLENT condition except the FM reception on the preamp. He then said 500 is the best I can do. They may seem kind and generous when you're purchasing from them, but they are not ethical when purchasing from you.

The man at the counter suggested a type of cat food when I told him we were feeding ferals. It was more economical than what we've been buying and we won't have to buy it as often. I also bought dog treats. They have a large variety of bird feeders and bird seed, some prepackaged and some in bins so you can serve yourself. The man who carried my purchase to the car told me a lot of people get baby chicks there in the spring. It's the kind of store where you go for one thing and find lots of other stuff you didn't know you needed.

I purchased a bike from this shop that turned out a few months later to be defective. They refused…read moreto honor the warranty, even after the manufacturer (Specialized) reached out to them directly, confirmed the issue, and issued a credit to them for a simple chain replacement that would have resolved the problem. When Specialized explicitly told them it was a malfunction with the bike, the shop still blamed it on 'how I rode it' and did nothing to make it right. Unfortunately, they seem more interested in being right than doing the correct thing for their customers. I wouldn't recommend buying here if you expect reliable service and warranty support.

Took my bike in for bottom bracket maintenance. After a few weeks not hearing from them I drove up to the shop and I was told that they could not find the source of the issue and that it would take a full disassembly and substantially more time due to staffing issues. I took my bike in for routine maintenance and got back a bike with potentially a major issue. I know this industry, its been as vital to my exsistance as the oxygen that I breath. I understand the complexities that are inherent of having a competent staff however, this business is centered towards elite and professional athletes that are sharply attuned to their equipment. The suggestion to re- evaluate the issue was an absurd suggestion after having my bike for almost a full month. I would not recommend this bike shop to anyone. We booked our pre-RAGRBAI tune-up a month in…read moreadvance. The week the tune-up came, we dropped our bikes off and waited two days for a quote. When the quote came around, the owner suggested hundreds of dollars in repairs. I gritted my teeth and agreed to it, hoping it would be worth it for our 430-mile bike ride ahead of us. It was not. The owner refused to give us a time he could do the repairs, even though we needed to be in Des Moines the next day, saying he would get it done "right away." We had to go to the shop twice the next day since he never called us as he promised to. When we finally collected the bikes, it was closing time for the shop and raining outside, so we couldn't take a test ride. When I finally got the bike on the road, I found he had botched the gears, reducing the functionality so only the bottom gears worked. I ended up having to do a week of biking across Iowa on low gears. Save yourself a headache and do not trust this shop with your bike.

They were able to service our bikes in a real timely manner and to our liking. We did have an issue with the back brake on a bike and had to take it back and it was a slight oversight but they quickly corrected and my husband got a tshirt out of it so I think he's extremely happy, he hasn't really taken it off since. Coming from a background in sales and manufacturing I appreciate honest upfront conversations on pricing as well as product knowledge that is accurate. Zack is a shining example of both qualities. Now that the word "PRICING" is forfront in your mind please remember this when you see the beautifull bike you know you want ITS WORTH IT. I bought a beautiful fat bike from zack over a year ago and have since driven it to work almost every single day.
