You run them ragged with missed items and hassles letting them know customers are on the way. Busy people rely on picking up pre-ordered items. Jessie is the manager still I think as of 11-23-24, and been there awhile so knows all answers, and is a nice young man. On most trips, there is at least one employee out ON THE FLOOR for you to track down and ask for assistance with something. They're happy to help and act like it, which is a real departure from many shopping experiences today in most stores. They have items you'd expect at a TSC and maybe more, but it's NOT Menards, Home Depot, etc with 240,000 square feet of store. This also means you can get in, get your stuff, and be on your way in no time. When in doubt they carry an item, SIMPLE, I just go to their nicely functional web site. Use proper search terms, and if that doesn't find it, just take a second and browse through the product types you would think your item might be in, and some times they got it, and your search term just didn't grab it. No biggie. You can always call them too and ask a human. They got em! :)

I then go in there and was told these can last 10-25 years so??? I have no way to get it there I have a SUV they do pick up for $120 ...wow ! so almost $200 later then what ? I asked for contact information for Briggs & Stratton and was refused .. NOT once out of any of these two phone calls and in person visit any thing other than rudeness !!!!! We just built our dream home and unfortunately we were told to buy our appliances from Harman's…read morebecause they worked with our builder. They were beyond unprofessional to us, and rude. They provided us with 3 refrigerators that were all faulty in one way or another. We hadn't even lived in our brand new home for a week and had gone through 3 fridges from this place. When the last one broke the owner "Sheila" told me it wasn't her problem and to call GE. She was very hostile and hung up on me like a child. Unfortunately we had to get our builder involved who then forced them to give us our money back, because even they knew Harmon was ripping us off. We are ideal customers. We paid for everything in cash and made our home accessible to them to come and go when they needed to come in and fix/pick up the fridges. They made us late for work, and miss appointments because of not showing up at the times they told us they'd be there. We dealt with many people while building our home and not one treated us the way Harman did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! Beware all buyers, go elsewhere!

Another was ordered promptly but again the manufacture must have had a problem with this model. I switched to another brand that they sold and am completely satisfied with the unit. What I was most impressed with was the great communication and service I received from this company. I felt like I was not just a customer but a personal friend the way they treated me. Monica was a stand out and I would purchase again from them in a heartbeat. Bottom line they carry many top brands and the service is second to none.

I would not recommend this bike shop to anyone. We booked our pre-RAGRBAI tune-up a month in…read moreadvance. The week the tune-up came, we dropped our bikes off and waited two days for a quote. When the quote came around, the owner suggested hundreds of dollars in repairs. I gritted my teeth and agreed to it, hoping it would be worth it for our 430-mile bike ride ahead of us. It was not. The owner refused to give us a time he could do the repairs, even though we needed to be in Des Moines the next day, saying he would get it done "right away." We had to go to the shop twice the next day since he never called us as he promised to. When we finally collected the bikes, it was closing time for the shop and raining outside, so we couldn't take a test ride. When I finally got the bike on the road, I found he had botched the gears, reducing the functionality so only the bottom gears worked. I ended up having to do a week of biking across Iowa on low gears. Save yourself a headache and do not trust this shop with your bike.
