I then found out that they are an Authorized Mishimoto Dealer and decided that I was just going to replace anything and everything related to my cooling system. They had to order the parts from Mishimoto which only took a few days to get. In the meantime, they kept my car in the shop where it was safe instead of putting it outside like any other shop would do. When they started working on my car they noticed some other things that needed replaced. Paige called me immediately and already had a quote ready. I will put a list of everything I did below. I cannot stress enough how amazing this shop is and how fair they are. They are good honest people who treat you with respect and don't try to take you for everything you have. The receipt was not itemized and they could not explain the price increase. Also, they were VERY RUDE and hateful. The messed up my door (it would not open or close properly) and they said it wasn't their fault and said "You can just get in your car and go". After I got home and looked at the door, they had re-installed the panel to my door incorrectly and had drilled holes and placed screws in incorrect places instead of replacing the parts they BROKE OFF my panel. They refused to fix my door. Also, I had fabric falling off the front door panel (not a door they were to even touch, I didn't mind the fabric falling off and didn't ask them to do anything about it). They sprayed glue ALL OVER the inside of my door and didn't bother to clean any of it up. (and the fabric wasn't even glued up! It was falling back down!) **Caution** Today, I went to AutoHaus for a simple…read morestate inspection and to have a reverse light bulb replaced on my car. I even brought my own bulbs--this should have been a quick, easy job. Instead, I was stuck there for an outrageous hour and 17 minutes for something that should have taken 20 minutes max. And that's being generous. I've changed these bulbs myself before. It's a 5-7 minute job with two bolts to remove. The inspection itself? 10-15 minutes, tops. Then came the real slap in the face: $76!! $12 for the inspection. $64 for labor. - TO INSTALL BULBS I PROVIDED. At no point did anyone bother to tell me how long this would take, or what it would cost. And when I rightfully called them out on it, the employee had the nerve to be dismissive and condescending. Instead of addressing my concerns, he sarcastically asked, "Well, why didn't you do it yourself?" To which I replied, "Because I can't do an inspection myself, and I thought it would be easier to do them at the same time." For comparison, I called another local shop after the fact. They quoted me $10-$15 for the same job, plus the $12 inspection. And guess what? They would have had it done in a fraction of the time. Let me be crystal clear: AutoHaus ripped me off! They wasted my time, overcharged me, and treated me like my concerns didn't matter. If you value your money and your patience, take your business elsewhere.

The turbo wouldn't engage, car would idle all over the place and die. They thankfully had it towed to them, at no cost to us. They then said it was a solenoid. Got it fixed, car still wouldn't engage the turbo. My 17 year old son found the problem; they didn't attach the charge pipe. Needless to say, all my confidence in this place has completely fallen off. Their customer service is A1 tho
