We paid for them to install a new pump. After awhile we noticed poor waterfall flow and the pond looked very dirty. We cleaned the pump of debris every day and still had problems. I reached out to Bobby who told me to contact him at any time with concerns. He even corresponded via text. After numerous texts went unanswered he finally sent me a text and told me to clean the pump myself and sent me a video link. I told him my concern was with low waterfall flow. He finally sent someone who said he was there to clean pond but didn't know anything about looking at waterfall. So I contacted Bobby who then told me that he couldn't make a new pond. I told him i didn't want a new pond but only wanted them to see why waterfall was barely flowing. He told me I had asked for a new pond. My texts clearly indicated I only wanted them to check waterfall. He finally agreed to put a new pump in which would increase water outflow. And it did. And it cost us close to $560 for them to clean and install new pump, including cost of pump. Since he got everything working i decided to see if he would be interested in building us a second pond--a koi pond. He texted he was interested and he would prepare an estimate for us. After a month I reached out to see where the estimate was. And I haven't heard from him since then. That was in September. I sent him a text a couple of days ago to ask why we haven't heard from him and to let him know our new pump wasn't working. I discovered a rip in the hose line. I asked him to please come and repair it since I have 7 goldfish and didn't want them to die since pump was completely not working. I also sent an email to the office manager. I didn't hear back from either. So I highly recommend finding a different company for your pond needs. They did a great sales job to gain business at first. But follow through and communication is nonexistent. I also asked them to refund the $280 cost of pump since It didn't even last 2 months. Of course I will never see that.

Weird that someone would call me to schedule and then tell me they need to call me back later that day to schedule. Welp, never heard back from him again. I don't chase businesses for the privilege of paying them thousands of dollars. Estimates for work from others are $15-20k. I guess that's not interesting for Classic Drainage.

No Show and Lied…read more Back in March, I called the company's phone number to schedule a spring start-up service for my existing system--an easy job. The voicemail directed me to text the number for a faster response, which I did. In the text exchange that followed, I was scheduled for the service on May 1 between 8am and 12pm. The day arrives, and by 11am I had not heard anything, so I texted back just to confirm I was on the schedule. No response. I called the phone number, there was no answer, so I left a detailed voicemail. No response. I then followed up at 1:40pm with a screenshot of the text exchange from March when the service was scheduled. I then got a prompt reply re-confirming that I was still on the schedule for the day, and that he would check on the location of the technicians. I heard nothing further. Tried called again. No response. Texted again at 3:30pm asking for updates. No response. Texted again at 4:11pm. No response. Multiple additional phone calls went straight to voicemail. The company never showed. I had to make arrangements to work from home so this service could be performed. The appointment was confirmed over a month in advance and re-confirmed the day of the appointment. Now, I have to find another vendor, make alternate work arrangements again, and will be delayed in getting my lawn irrigated this season. This is a dishonest business practice. It is bad enough to fail to show for a job. But it was made worse by re-confirming the day of the appointment that it was still scheduled, still not showing, and then just ignoring communications by text and phone. There was no excuse for this. If there was some problem on the company's end that required the appointment to be re-scheduled, I would have been reasonable.
