The clutch and rear seal were allegedly repaired and I paid $1,000 for it. I ran out of money to do my hydraulic pump when I become unemployed. My tractor was left in their possession until I regained employment. I was unable to secure funds for repairing the original complaint of the three-point hitch failure - hydraulics. I was in contact with Wayne and John during the year they had possession of it. Neither gentlemen informed my of ANY storage fees. When I asked for the return of my tractor, Walter no longer responded to my texts. I called John, who said there was a lien on my tractor. I was given NO notice to pick up my tractor, and all charges for work done had been paid in full. When I called and asked John about getting my property back, John claimed there was a lien on it. Remember I owed no money. John, during the same phone conversation said my tractor was still in pieces. How could my tractor in pieces if the equipment was tested post repair? He charged me $750 to remove the intake manifold and starter, which I agreed to in hopes that he would identify the issue with my car. After a day and a half, I received a text saying my engine was seized and would need to be replaced. This was confusing because, during the initial diagnostic, he told me the issue was electrical. I don't believe he even used the proper tool to manually turn the crankshaft. I had my car towed back home, and yesterday I checked over the work myself. I found missing bolts, loose bolts, missing coolant hose clips, and the intake manifold was installed incorrectly--with a coolant hose pinched between the manifold and the alternator. I essentially had to undo everything I paid him to do just to inspect what else was missing or improperly reinstalled. Wires were left exposed and not put back into their plastic sheathing. For $750 in labor, plus $150 for the diagnostic, I expected a much higher level of care, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship. Unfortunately, what I received was far from professional, and I'm left disappointed and frustrated that I now have to fix the very things I paid someone else to do. I don't expect any kind of partial refund or apology, as that would only imply accountability for what I've outlined above.
