Had to schedule a few days out because it was late on Friday and Monday was booked. They got it on the lift on Tuesday (and even let me look at it) and told me that the only problem with my car was my tire (among another issue that wasn't immediate) and they don't even sell tires or tire service directly. I later asked them if I needed to address the problems the other place was trying to charge me for and they weren't convinced those problems were worth addressing immediately. The reason I write is, I believe the service they did was solely out of building a trusting relationship with me and future clients and I know that's hard to find in an auto repair shop.

He said, they only replaced one coil pack and no spark plugs. He did the work Doug's said they did and charged us for but didn't do. Truck runs fine now. Also, no one from Doug's will call us back. I'm going to have to start with consumer protection for now. Be aware of this place. They stole our money and lied to us.
