Another time I would have squeak in the rear when it was wet. They went out and pushed on my car bumper and said I needed struts without looking. I disagreed. I went to the dealer, and they came out and looked under the car. The problem was the design. The parking brake cable went through an eye, and the outer covering of the cable wore off because of the bouncing.

I had to speak up TWICE to get the filter pulled to be inspected/replaced. During that second visit I never received any sort of apology and I feel like the two techs didn't take the issue seriously at all...even when I mentioned that this oil stain on my driveway will waste time and money cleaning up. (I asked for some oil dry or solvent and was told auto parts store sells it). Mistakes happen, but the customer shouldn't have to jump up and down to get it fixed correctly. This place obviously needs improvement on a few of their work practices and some customer service training.

I told him the issue with my car and wanting an estimate to decide whether to repair the problem or trade my car in for a new one. When I took my car in, they did an initial inspection and gave me a detail visual of the issues and written estimate via text. Unfortunately, for my situation, the expense was more than I wanted to spend on the repair opting to trade in for another car. The service I receive from this shop was excellent and will do a good job on any repairs. I will definitely come back to this shop again for all my auto repair service.
