I was in need of a vehicle and spoke to Mike at the shop and decided to purchase a Dodge Durango. When I looked at the car I noticed it had an Alpine Stereo with a digital screen in the dash. When I went to go pick up the car after I had paid for it, "Mike," lied and said the radio wasn't working. There was nothing wrong with the radio because I turned it on when I looked at the car. So, now I have the car with a cheap radio and as I'm driving to work on a rainy day all of the sudden a cascade of water dumps into my lap from the sunroof!!! The sunroof wouldn't completely close and was ajar. I got so sick of this car I ended up getting rid of it and bought a new car. At this point, I am at a loss for thousands of dollars. The car cut off right in the middle of traffic and began to have multiple mechanical issues. After buying another car I returned and asked, "Mike," why did he sell a car with so many issues? He told me that he has no information on any of the cars they sell. They just sell them and that's it. So, if you are looking for a nice car in front of their shop, my firm advice is to keep walking and go somewhere else, but they will rip you off!!!

While…read moreconducting my Yelp research looking for a local shop to do my oil change on lunch break, I stumbled across this cute little shop. Much to my surprise when I got there I saw they had a auto collision portion of the shop, as well as offering a free hand wash upon Yelp Check In. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who had me complete paperwork for the service and one of the mechanic's took me right away. They conducted the inspection of air pressure etc confirming that I definitely need new tires and I was done in about 15 minutes tops. Fastest oil change of my life. Usually I'm sitting for hours at the dealership just to get the free deal but I was in a hurry and didn't want to put it off any longer. The mechanics were kind and explained everything and even offered free Self Serve water and coffee at their mini bar. I got the feel of visiting the dealership without having to sit for hours.

Felt I was driving blind. Using bike hand signals to let others behind me know I was turning. Mike from parts was so helpful and patient in helping me order the part. Went to get the part and had issue removing the old module by myself. Asked Leo for some help and he went out of his way to help me replace it (spent 20 min doing it), outside in the parking lot. He was still on the clock (no scheduled appt for this service). Just went to buy the part and try to replace myself (YouTube videos). But one of the connectors burned and melted and was stuck). This a place where everyone is actually friendly. They do not try to charge you for unnecessary things, which is another A+ in my book! As a female, this has been my greatest concern in an auto shop. I dropped my wife off to get 'her' car after the work was done and within seconds of driving it away from the station the car started bucking like crazy. She went back and the mechanic refused to test drive it. The owner was called in and said it wasn't their fault! He got nasty, saying I needed a shrink!? The car was no longer drivable. Suddenly I needed a new or rebuilt transmission. I had to get rid of it. I've never left a bad review for any business, but after denying culpability and losing thousands of dollars for a temporary rental and needing to go get another car, well, there it is. i've been going to auto world kia to service my car and i've only done so because i thought they…read moreknew best but they're prices are way too high for me i've recently came to Ks auto which is right by my house and had basic problems nail in tire and my splash shield was damaged which would've been a $1000 fix is now only 50 dollars i was worried id get overcharged but these guys are pretty great they know what they're doing and they're service is very good came to get my splash shield fixed the man fixed it in about 10 minutes and im really happy with the work even told me i needed an oil change which i'll be coming back to get from them they earned my future business
