These guys are like the one stop shop for all your car needs hence the title "Auto Spa". While conducting my Yelp research looking for a local shop to do my oil change on lunch break, I stumbled across this cute little shop. Much to my surprise when I got there I saw they had a auto collision portion of the shop, as well as offering a free hand wash upon Yelp Check In. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who had me complete paperwork for the service and one of the mechanic's took me right away. They conducted the inspection of air pressure etc confirming that I definitely need new tires and I was done in about 15 minutes tops. Fastest oil change of my life. Usually I'm sitting for hours at the dealership just to get the free deal but I was in a hurry and didn't want to put it off any longer. The mechanics were kind and explained everything and even offered free Self Serve water and coffee at their mini bar. Came here after a friend recommended it. What i needed was simple......2 tires, oil, battery, and inspection. The owner gave me lots of options for tires and thoroughly explained the difference. The job was done quickly, properly and the price was fair. Before i left the owner handed me a print out with recall for my car. He explained he has a computer program that gives him constant updates on all recalls for all cars. If I could give them a ZERO star I would. This company is by far the worst ever. From the owner on down. I took my car into the shop for one problem and I left with another problem that costed me $1200. They are very unresponsive to customers and I'm not sure if it's just because I'm a woman but the customer service is the all time worst. I took my car in I had problems with what they diagnosed as wheel bearings and I go to move my car and can't. They blew my clutch. I had to get my car towed from the shop because they kept my car for a day and didn't call me back to tell me the status on what it would cost to fix the car. Prior to this my check engine light was on and they told me I needed a new turbo. Took it back to them and they tell me oh it's not the turbo it's the lights. That could have cost me $2000 for a new turbo. I don't think they are mechanically inclined. The mechanic himself is a nice guy however the people you have to deal with to get to him is over the top down right disrespectful and inattentive to customers. read more

My fiance and I dropped our car off Saturday to be serviced/cleaned in advance of a lease return. Chris presented us with a formal quote for the work, which included a detailed breakdown of "parts" and "labor." The recommended service items were explained well as it relates to lease return (i.e. we suggest you do XX in order to avoid a massive charge from the dealership). We did not feel pressured into any of the proposed services at any time and we even renegotiated some of the labor prices. The shop was pretty busy, however we did not have to wait much at all. I came here with the hopes that I could get 4 tires for my Kia Sorento because every time I got my car inspected they passed me without reminding me that I needed to rotate my tires. When I went to KIA to get my car looked at because I was fishtailing, they told me I needed new tires like yesterday. I was so upset because I had got my car serviced their before and you would think that's something that they would tell me but they didn't. Why give them my tire business, right! I took my car in for an inspection yesterday. When I arrived the manager was not there. The person I spoke with told me they would call when the car was done. About an hour and half later I got a call. The manager told me that the price should have been $120 but because no one told me it was $40. I called him out on why the price would have been so high. He proceded to tell me that my windows are tinted and that is the price. I have had this car inspected for the past three years and no one ever said that before. I did not have the windows tinted. That is the way it was when I bought the car. That is what the factory did. He also said that it was a new law. So, when I got home I did some research. Cuomo passed this law in 2017. It applies to cars that have a level 30 on the tinted windows. My windows are tinted 15-20. I told him that I had been coming there for many years. He proceeds to tell me that they did not have any record of me being there since I had my 2010 Sonata. That is not true and obviously they do not keep their computer records up to date. I had a wonderful experience here! I went in for my annual inspection, and while they were checking my car, found that i needed new brakes. Two mechanics both agreed. I knew i was having trouble with my brakes since a few days ago, i had tried to stop in heavy rain and the brakes didn't work for a second or so. They took care of this right away. The waiting room is really nice place to wait, so unlike most places, and they have free bottled water and wi-fi. the price was good and as a former mechanic myself, i really felt that i could trust this place. it was great, they got me in and out and I'll be going back. read more

Went in last winter 20for a 4 wheel alignment. Owner is an Awesome guy, all went very well, about $150 with tax, which is what a simple alignment cost... then went in few days ago for a 4 wheel alignment, helped by Owners younger brother.. I let him talk to me as if I don't know my car inside and out from 10 years of ownership, and doing all Maintence and modifications in my driveway. trying to hold my laugh in, hearing him give me advise and reasons for things going bad with my car was so entertaining... in there he tried selling me generic brand tires for a price that is just unheard of!! $2500!?!? I can LITERALLY get 2 sets of Pirellis for that price!! Lol... So apparently alignments (for people who look like they might have money) have gone up $250. $100 increase (he was upset I wasn't paying in cash).. we all know where that $100 would go if I paid cash ;) owner wasn't there, but be careful with Chris little brother. He's the typical scammer that I've dealt with for 10 years of owning a Maserati. Just beware when going in with high end cars.. Maserati, Mercedes, BMW, AUDI etc. ONLY TALK TO CHRIS THE OWNER. if you get his brother, simply wait for Chris, or walk away and don't deal with drama. Hopes this helps at least a couple guys who get taken advantage of because they own high end cars. I don't do these Yelp reviews at all... but this one needed to be addressed ASAP. Also don't let Shawn work on your car.. had him simply put in my TPMS sensors, he broke one and decided not to tell me, so at least I can return it and get another (LAZY). read more

I've been here a couple of times now and always have a good experience overall. They're often the only ones open late on weekdays or on weekends. My car is still under warranty otherwise I'd probably come here more often for regular maintenance too. The only thing to keep in mind is you may want to bring exact change to pay--when I was there their credit card machine was down and I had to drive to an ATM to withdraw cash (which only gives 20s), and they didn't have change, so I had to get change from a nearby business, ultimately resulting in an extra half hour there. read more

She called them and they said they would come to her since she was on her way home and had to pull over. They never came or called. Never again man. read more

I had a great experience at this shop. I contacted them via Yelp to get a quote for work on my 2013 Hyundai Sonata, Christopher replied and insisted that I came in for a free diagnostic to receive a more accurate quote. I brought my car in to have them check things out, as I waited I was offered bottled water and snacks. After waiting for a bit, I received my quote and was pleased with the pricing. I'm definitely bringing my car back and I'm hoping that they do a very great job because I've been looking for a go-to shop for all my car maintenance and repairs. The shop is fairly small but they do a lot of work such as: car maintenance, inspections, auto body work, brake and tire services. The waiting area is nice and cozy as well, there's a restroom, a big screen tv and a low comfy couch for customers to enjoy. If you are having any car troubles, YOU MUST stop by Grand Auto Care. Chris was super helpful and honest about what my car needed. He made me feel comfortable about leaving my car and assured it would be in good hands. My car kept shaking when I was driving and he quickly identified the problem and changed all the rotors and breaks of the tires at a fraction of the cost than any other place would charge. My car also had a leak that had soaked all of the interior mats, they removed the front car seats and washed and vacuumed the water out of the mats leaving them extremely dry and clean and fixed the leak. They really pay attention to details here and if I have any car problems again, at least I know exactly where to go for help. Highly recommend!!! read more
