Overall the scheduling was easy and they called as they said they would the day prior. I had them clean two rooms and a sofa. They were careful to put corner protectors up for the hoses. Unfortunately they did no edge vacuumming as part of the process. I had two high traffic areas and when they were done they apologized and said they pre-sprayed the areas and they were not able to get stains out. The sofa looks the same as when they started. The spots that were there before are just as evident now. I decided to rent a Rug Doctor from Menards tonight while all the furniture was moved out. I spent 2 hours cleaning both rooms again. I could not believe the filthy water I extracted from the carpets (and we have a smoke and pet free home) after they 'cleaned' my carpets. But my carpets are clean! I can only think their machine is broken! I will never use or recommend them again. I really wanted to post a positive review based on other feedback and recommendation I recieved for K &K. read more

I took a chance after seeing that the most recent review was from 3 years ago, but I wholeheartedly agree with the other Ellen's assessment. My carpets look GREAT. Prices were more reasonable than the leading competitor (Stanley Steamer). They were right on time and right to the point- furniture was moved and they were SO polite about having us pick up the odds and ends we'd missed under the bed, etc. They were in and out fast, with great service from Karen on the phone. Everything about this service was top notch. The original phone call was easy and thorough to ensure they gave me a good quote. When the service arrived, they scanned the area, reduced the estimate based on the spaces and then added services to better handle my carpet's issues. They did extra than they had committed to (moving some furniture and using the extra santiziers in an area that had some issues) and were very quick in finishing the work. We had K&K cleaning service clean all of the carpets and rugs in our home as well as our upholstered couch and chair. They did a wonderful job. They were friendly and great to work with and the carpet cleaning was excellent. Several weeks later our youngest child threw up in his bedroom while we were out of town and a family member was watching him. We called K&K right away and they came out the same day to clean and deodorize it. Even though it was out of their way they went above and beyond to help us with our situation. They worked with our sitter's time frame and left an invoice for us to take care of when we got back. We were told not to worry. We will be using them the next time we need a cleaning. read more

I have had them do my bedroom once before and I still smelled pee in my room in the carpeting after they cleaned.. I had them do my whole apt again 2 months later and my room still smells like pee. Im not sure why but my other parts of my home smell good.. I had a problem wiht them showing up on time both times to clean..My dog was not alowed in my room both times so It wasnt her peeing.. Know I have to redo my room myself... Just watch these guys the whole time there in your home.. I thought I could leave the room but I guess not because twice this happened. read more

These guys are great!! My review is overdue, but they cleaned a sofa and loveseat for me just after the holidays. There was a lot of cat hair to be removed, plus general dirt from daily use.
