Disappointing, but fortunately my mother recommended SN Cleaning. It was a quick call to easily schedule an appointment. They called the morning of the appointment to confirm the time. They called again to provide the approximate time they would arrive. Interestingly enough - they didn't need a water spigot and only sent one person for the job. He was excellent! Courteous and quick. Only took about an hour for the stairs and bedroom that was cleaned. Huge difference between the carpet that was cleaned and the carpet that was not. They were also cheaper than Stanley Cleaner. Definitely recommend.

There is significant damage and Diego also was suggesting other services such as drywall removal repair etc. I told him to get me the quote for the mold removal as that was urgent and I had already been told that I should not use areas of my home due to the mold. when he left he said he'd get me a quote by the end of the week. End of the week came and went, I waited another week thinking ok maybe they wanted to read the environmental report. NOTHING. So I called a left a voicemail, no return call, I sent Diego a email at his ecoclean address, NOTHING. SO they came out and wasted my valuable time when response is urgent due to mold, even if they called back at this point I dont trust their services. Even if they are not qualified to do the work, how hard is it to return a call and say this is out of our area of expertise. Very unprofessional.

The guy calls downstairs and says "I'm not sure if I'm going crazy, but is it smokey in here?" As the entire room is covered in smoke. This led to black soot all over my living room, which I had to have professionally cleaned as a result. #3: Since the job was half done and the machine broke (which I was very understanding about) the guy said he would bring the remaining cushions and seats with him and bring them back first thing the next morning. He did not, and we went the entire weekend without a couch (the first weekend I hosted my Boss over-great impression) #4: After reaching out multiple times to figure out if my couch was stolen, I finally get a message 4 days later saying they will be dropping the couch off.
